Looks tasty. Unless that bread has 10 grams of protein, I don't think the math is adding up to 20 grams of protein. 2 tablespoons almond butter is 7 gm of protein, at best. There was probably 1 gram worth of walnuts there an entire banana has 1 gram (she uses a quarter). The bread might have 5 to 6 grams.
Not only that, but if you're actually looking for a balanced meal, you'd need to cut back on the fat. Almond butter, walnuts, and hemp seeds are all much more calorically high in fat than protein.

I stick the handblender right into the cheese container and whip it. I'm still not sure how long it would last before going bad, but if you do eat it everyday I'm sure that method would be fine. It's definitely faster than trying to whip the cheese everyday and have the dishes to clean

Idk where you’re getting your nutritional facts from but I’d say each one has significantly less protein than you’re saying.
To get 10grams of protein from hemp seeds you’d need 4 tablespoons. Half a cup of chia seeds has around 15 grams of protein

It looks tasty, but she is not a dietician for sure. Banana+bread was major components of the dish.
You didn’t use Greek yogurt. You used skyr, which is similar to Greek yogurt, but with a bit more protein. FYI
WISH You would take the time and thoughtfulness to write down the ingredients, and the step-by-step directions for us seniors. Not many have the time to go back-and-forth on a video, trying to write down or cut and paste,l ingredient items and directions!
BY THE WAY, your 3rd ITEM SHOULD BE LABELED AVOCADO TOAST CRUNCH (NOT Almond) !!
