@@Jako0516 Gotta admit, a lil jealous with that pickup. Any plans on upgrading the heatsinks or changing the fans? Or even upgrading the gray hard drive side plastic to chrome?
@CliffNark you know, I've been trying to figure out when they started making those gray plastic trim because I want to know what year is the harddrive. Thermal paste, heatsink. I haven't taken it apart because I don't want to lose it's value and I know the laser is bad because when tilt vertical, it will read certain games to none and horizontal just reads all fine. I don't know yet. I haven't decided yet since is not important at the moment. I try not to use it all the time but I did play it for about an hour and it was great!
@CliffNark I didn't realize you mention about heatsink and fan. I have a nidec fan for it that I want to install but I don't know if I ever want to take it apart
loved the blades dash i remmber in 2005 staying in asdas as they was 24hrs at the time had to wait until midnight to get it and was great i do miss the blades dash
Heck yeah Jtag! I was hoping it was a 6690 because is easier to know if it is. 6717 is hard to tell if it's a real Jtag or downgraded so I'm so happy that I was able to find this!
