Does anyone have any idea how long between these sessions are?
All in the same day, but does she maybe give him a half hours break in between? Number 12 is due from 27 April. Five days before, on 22 April he had 6 mini sessions. Then it's not finished is it, so maybe in another 5 days?
The dates are in the description.
1-6 are session one 04/22/23
7-11 are session two 04/27/23
Or 22/04 and 27/04 as we put in in the U.K., lol!

That skin is healing! It's pink instead of angry red. And less pustules. Praying and rooting for both of you,Gy and Thuy ❤❤❤
This finishes the 2nd session of the forehead. About one week apart. Although his forehead was not quite as severe as some other areas, it was pretty rough with lots of deep acne. This area is looking so much better quickly and is huge positive encouragement for him to be able to visualize the results. Lots of patience and courage needed to endure ongoing treatments.

This type of Acne, is hard to deal with. In pain and time in managing it. Much like a person trying to lose weight, it does not happen over night, but with time and dedication to wanting to see a positive end result. Hang in there Young man. Give it time, you will see a huge change in how your skin reacts and how much this has helped you. Best of Luck. Thuy is the best.

Every pustule seems to have a hair in it. I wonder if he had laser treatments to stop hair growth if his acne would clear up?
FYI: Every pustule is a hair follicle. Every blackhead/whitehead is a Hair follicle. It's the sebum filling the follicle and plugging the pore that causes the acne, not the hair.
This is not a complaint. I’d like an answer as to why the juicier ones (my favorite btw) with the acne core are spread in a cotton pad. Like reading tea leaves.

I thought these people did a great job. Then after I watched other videos by other people, I am not quite as impressed as I once was with these people. It's all about speed to them. They don't get the whole sac out. They leave so much. Not a very good job.

I too often feel conflicted about watching someone who’s enduring a lot of pain in their acne treatment like this (very!) young man. Especially when it’s clear he’s really struggling to endure each session.☹️ I tell myself he’s there willingly (mostly… thanks mom! ;) and he has a clear goal in mind that makes it all worth it. And if he were to leave his skin untreated (or treated incorrectly or by someone who isn’t good at their job… like perhaps the derm he saw for 6 months prior to Thuy?) the acne would not spontaneously clear up or heal on its own, would foster more infection and more acne, and that would lead to an awful result. Including more scarring and more pain and probably a lot of regret.
I know all of us here don’t watch JUST to see pimples popped-we can see that in a million different places on YT-we all want to see his skin *improve dramatically* and see him be happy with the results and have more confidence in his appearance… and so much more. And we all think Ms Thuy is the *best* choice to help his skin get clear and healthy again.🥇🥇🥇
I hope he knows that he has his own cheering section here (as does Thuy!)- a bunch of lovely weirdos from all over the world who are really rooting for him.🥰

Hello to the young man, from us in America! Just want to say that I also had cystic acne and it happened to me as an adult! You are being so brave and I know it must hurt very much because I too, have felt that awful pain. Your skin is looking better already and it’s going to improve each time. I have quit watching some of these sites because of leaving so much still in the pore and the unnecessary cutting of the skin a simple prick instead of a stab into the skin

Well they get rid of acne quicker than US Doctors do. These people literally pop out the cyst walls. Meanwhile in the US, doctors are like “I’ve gotta tease this sac out and be extremely careful”.

Clearly this person has some serious problems that need to be addresses over multiple treatments. And I'm sure that they're paying handsomely for it. But dragging out the treatments by leaving the areas half drained so that you need to go back and cut him open to drain more at a later time is just cruel. I'm certain that this process is long, and absolutely excruciating for this person. Obviously you need to knick the skin to get out the contents. But you should only be doing it once per pore not over and over again bc you didn't complete the drainage properly the first time. I lost count of how many times this has occurred. And it's blatantly obvious to the viewers that it's happening and that it's being done intentionally. You should be ashamed of yourself for doing it. Especially if it's being done in an attempt to create more appointments and more income. You're getting paid twice for this person's suffering. At the very least you should be doing it with some dignity.
This is the end of his second session with Thuy, each broken into five or six parts for posting, and to give him little breaks. Why do you assume the worst of Thuy, with her many years of experience, stellar results, and obvious caring? She has to work within the pain limits and very bad acne of her young patient, and plan her approach throughout this session and future ones.
😮😮 this has to be uncomfortable. I throw a fit when I have to squeeze out the occasional, barely visible blackhead. It's mind-boggling to even think someone's face can be this clogged. I hope these sessions bring relief to this individual. I just cannot imagine this. Thanks for posting. Great job!😊

@@jenniferkulikowski6988 Yes, since videos are only about 10 min long, she does one section at a time, and you can also tell by what Thuy is wearing and the number on her glove. Yes, I am aware that I watch too much of this 😅😅😂😂 It’s the things one notices after watching her for such a long time, been about 3 years now, hehe!
@@jenniferkulikowski6988 actually, I was wrong, episode 12 came out for members and she’s wearing the same thing and the glove number is 1346, so it’s the same day as this one. It will probably be released for everybody else tomorrow.
So episodes 1-6 were day 1, and 7-12 were day 2.

I have to run to an appointment but the beginning of this so interesting! Another VN speaker, can you translate? Thuy telling him that mom left her job to take him there. Then Thuy asks if she married a guy in Taiwan. Then she says mmmhhmm and I can’t tell if she said he’s … the colloquial word for Chinese or Thai? Or what? Wish I had my headphones and wasn’t in public
He doesn’t have a lot of friends because they only moved a year ago to Taiwan. Thuy says they are as big as rice grains again (why is she still surprised?). If she doesn’t take them out, they’ll get inflamed like below. Then encouraging words. Then she’ll give him a break in a little bit. Mom says he’s embarrassed. Drink lots of water, soups, vegetables.

His cores are so much larger than any I've seen. They can't be squeezed out, many have to be dug out. Maybe soon the soreness will improve as the inflammation heals. He is healing. Faster than I thought considering where he started. Hopefully he can rest for a few days to allow his mind and body to calm and let the inflammation heal.
He rested between the first day (videos 1 -6 shot on 22 April) and the second visit on 27 April ( videos 7 -12 ), so there'll be another rest period before a third visit, to allow meds to take effect too.

“GY” is my favorite. He is so brave through all of his sessions. I cannot imagine the pain that he was in for so long and then to half to go through the extraction process over and over and over again. Wherever he is now, I hope he has healed and is happy and healthy. He deserves it!

What causes someone's skin to become so filled with so many white heads?
If you are really interested, I would suggest you do an internet search on 'acne'. Primary cause is over-production of sebum (by the sebaceous gland) in the hair follicles. Often (not always) caused by hormones during puberty.

Even though I prefer the other type of acne, I think it would have been better to tackle the inflamed ones first to give the kid a bigger relief sooner but I guess Tuy knows what she’s doing: 79 more down❤❤

I’m not sure if it has been mentioned in the conversations that Thuy has had with his mom, but I didn’t see that she took him to some skin specialist, and his face didn’t improve and actually got worse. It looks like it will be well worth the 9 hour trip to see Thuy! ❤😊 I’m glad he has family in town to stay with while he’s being treated.
Various personal theories have been mentioned, including chloracne, but I don't think it's been said by Mom or Thuy, which makes me think it's puberty, hormonal, but it's gone wrong with treatment he had in Taiwan.
