I turn the sound down to nearly mute as I can't understand the technicians, so when I hear the patient / client make noises indicating pain despite the low volume, it reminds me how agonizing it must be for him. I must admit, sometimes I forget about that given that the techs are so efficient, but I'm sure that it IS excruciating, especially those that look infected.
Thank you GY for allowing us to follow your journey, I know it has been very painful for you but you are so brave. The end results will be so worth it.

Blessings to his mother and Thuy for addressing this in a way that brings relief to his sufferings... I know the extractions muat be painful. I hope that they are becoming less so.
There was a point in Hung’s treatment where he began to speak, as clearing his skin became less painful. I hope Gy reaches that point soon. He’s been very brave so far.
I think there are a lot of areas that weren’t quite as ready as they could be, especially on the glabella…and she could have forced them out but she knew he wasn’t going to tolerate that. Looked to me like she made many decisions to wait til next time.

This is the same session as yesterday. It is just the second part, so I'm sure she moved to less painful areas since she got so many tender ones in the beginning of the session.
Thuy worked on this client's top lip area in the last video (part of the same treatment session as this). It must have been excruciating, as the lip margin (and under our noses) is probably the most sensitive area of skin on the face. It didn't help that the acne was really inflamed, with some being very deep/nodulocystic. I'm almost surprised GY managed to continue with more treatment on the same day. It shows how determined he is ❤
I only found out in these comments that GY is only 12 years old! It’s a wonder he didn’t stop coming after the first session. That’s a lot of pain for a young 12 year old boy! I fully understand why Thuy is approaching this because he’s so young, she is taking what she can in each session. If she doesn’t get it all out because of the boy’s pain levels can’t take her pushing harder, then she is thinking about her client’s wellbeing not on pinching his skin so much he is crying! If it takes a few more sessions than she would normally, then so be it, his welfare is more important to her and to ensure he doesn’t stop coming to finish his treatment.
