This was my first ever trip to the Aviva and I loved hearing this. Ireland dominated the game and deservedly won. I was surrounded by French fans in the section I was in. They were so nice and friendly and a credit to their country.

why some players are not singing? I mean.. I’ve seen a lot of Ireland games and I’ve seen Murray and Sexton singing Ireland’s Call but not this time. How come?
Some still refuse to sign Ireland’s call because it is not the actual anthem of Ireland. Ireland’s call is only played to keep people from Northern Ireland happy.

Same goes for the Irish players: Northern Irish players sing Ireland's Call and not their anthem to include the Irish, so they should sing along, what Earls clearly doesn't do.

I think what you’re all failing to realise is that the Ireland rugby team consists of players from the north and the republic, so they can’t use either the anthem of the Republic of Ireland nor the anthem of Northern Ireland

When you play in Dublin, both are used anyway. So don't make a fuss out of it and enjoy the game. Rugby has the residency rule too. Meaning people are eligible to play for a country when they play there on club-level for at least five consecutive years already (it was three until recently), even if they are not citizens.
THIS SHOULD BE IRELAND NATIONAL ANTHEM
