Simply amazing! Patricia has already shown her deep understanding for the baroque sacred music when, in her age of sixteen, won the first prize in a demanding international competition of sacred music in Rome. Her artistic connection with Collegium Marianum is absolutely natural - the best has joined the best.

That's what I always loved most about Patricia - she felt the music was more important than she was, so she gave her all to it.
This is a foretaste of heaven.
Since I have lost count of the moments I have been taken far way by this illustrious piece, I must have spent quite a while in heavenly surroundings . . .

Heavenly music, sublimely performed by singer and musicians. I love listening to Patricia sing sacred music! Well, any kind of music, actually! 😏 And the setting is very impressive. It would be great to be there in person.
One of the most precious pieces sung by La Janečková in my humble opinion. The vibrato in her first "Maria" lays soo much love and tenderness in the word . . .
Patricia's enunciation gives all words she sings a deeper meaning.

Patricia's last musical farewell.
Patricia wished two pieces of music to be played at her funeral, a music from the Czech film Babička (Grandma) and the song Tisíc mil (One thousand miles) which sings Czech singer Waldemar Matuška. Her wish was fulfilled.
At the beginning of the funeral ceremony in the church, the music from the film Babička from the scene The First visit to the castle was played.

When the car with the coffin was leaving the place in front of the church, the song Tisíc mil was played. This song is about a long journey to a native house that is just finishing.

it's sad we are talking about the death of 25yo patricia before she had the opportunity to show the world what an even more fantastic singer she could have been!!

there should be plans in place for a biography to be written about her, a tv documentary, a stage musical & a film to be distributed world wide!!!@@peterburdge4138
I also hope that, when the time feels right, those closest to Patricia will produce or commission a biography and issue a collection of the best of her performances. Maybe something like the Kathleen Ferrier Awards could be established in her memory, perhaps for the encouragement of young Slovak and Czech singers. With a quarter of a million subscribers to Patricia's UA-cam channel it ought to be possible to raise enough funds to do it properly.@@normankennith7919

Very good observation. This is a tribute to Jana Semeradova and the musicians of Collegium Marianum, who are doing a fantastic job. Jana's obvious love and passion for music is, I must say, contagious.
All are looking so serious but our dear Patricia has fun, an impish grinn lingering to spread across her face.

@@robbiwouters Oh ! yes. The moment she started singing, I was stunned. An impression of witnessing the dawn of the new era, Patricia, the mature woman ready to hit the world stages as Adina, Tosca, Mimi, Manon, etc...
I wonder if she is aiming at the big stages. I think she truly loves her art and is more interessed in honing it than the big spotlights and fame and money. She hasn't got her peerless talent just now, years before she could already have chosen this path of fame. Take Amira for instance. Lucky us Patricia didn't!
And Patricia, having started at the age of four, will surely keep her joy as she still grinns practising her art at the age of 21.

To discover the depth of the Christian life is to see that the lilies of the field have inimitable colors and aromas, which can be compared to the contents of the song and sweetness of Patricia's voice; and in the simplicity of human life we can see our limitations, because if we spend our time knowing a single science, in purely human terms, we are left without the grace to discover other flavors, colors and aromas that our Creator has left in creation , to the delight of their creatures, sons and daughters: For this reason parents who have been children with good formation, have accepted Divine inspiration and explored the message of God through the Gospel, as well as Prophets and Sacred history, can discover and educate their children with the immeasurable wealth that Christian understanding brings, that welcomes Christ to know the Kingdom of God that emerges from the human heart, and seeks to grow in the Light of Life that guides the human being to know the humanity of Jesus and Mary in their earthly experience, but also their manifestations of the Risen One and Christian God; the New Adam and the new Eve, who go through history since the creation of the first men; (Acis and Galatea; Polifermo is part of beings that existed about 3,000 years BC), until the redemption of Christ embodied in the Holy Gospels, but also in nature that seeks to perfect itself; in Art and science respectful of the universal principles that see between the lines the Fatherly message of God and that also has Maternal feelings, that educate humanity in terms of knowledge found through centuries of human search and understanding the revelations, but also in terms of vibrations of the sound of the voice, the irradiation of deep peace and human spiritual joy, expressed in the contents of musical creations and the sweetness of Patricia's voice in her wonderful singing
