Fun, evenly matched gameplay, give it a go! And YOUUUUU will bow down to the Hyper-Evolved Children!!!

V isn't the max level for fighting spirits. It's Omega. That's the max level. Which I managed to do because I farm palpack recruit items.

I suppose the evolved moves are not that weird. Fei was able to use his evolved mixi max move in the anime. So in that sense it's not too odd that these mixi max moves have +2 or such.
