My birth father died when I was 5 yrs old so I don't remember a whole lot. The only father that I ever knew was my poppy in law (hubby's dad) and he was amazing. I got to have him in my life for 28 years. I had the privilege of taking care of him at home after his stroke. I made a promise to him he would never have to go to a nursing home... And I kept that promise to him. It was a way to repay all of the love and direction he gave to me❤️❤️❤️ I loved him all the way to heaven.

They are some blessed little princesses 🍼🌷🍼 God gave them the very best mommy & daddy(for them). Jack you are in for the time if your life bc basically its learn as you go..enjoy time flies by quicker than we realize.
Enjoy those moments and you being a Dad is the most important thing in a little girl's life. I lost my Dad one week before my 11th birthday. I remember the years before his death as a dream. He was amazing. I was literally a little him and followed him everywhere he went. I look at pictures from when he was in the military and compare them to my years in the military and all you have to do is put him in a skirt and you'll see him. His influence on my life after only a few years was everything. God Bless your family and be the person that those little girls admire and love.

My sweet dad was the youngest of 14.
His dad passed when he was 9.
My grandmother lived until she was 98.
She kept my dad busy will sports & housework. He married my mom, his high school sweetheart. They always had date night. He made time for us every weekend. He’d get us to do yard work & house chores but always followed up w fun....and come Sunday:CHURCH!!
He took care of my mom the last 3 years of her life. He’s been the best Grandparent and father in law.
He gave us time and attention.
Your girls will see you as the super hero that you are💕bless your wife.

My Dad passed away Dec. 5, 2019 (80yo) from Bladder Cancer, he was a Vietnam veteran. My parents married in 1958. He was a great father and daddy, just like you are.
