Stayc’s Young Luv is one of my favorites to listen to because it gives off the vibe of the 80s and 90s with a retro feel. This is the song that you listen to when your driving late at night through the city with the windows rolled down. And hanging out with your friends at a diner or through the streets of the city. It would be perfect to add to a 90s movie.

I love the TXT appreciation, they have such great b sides. Some of my favourites are our summer, ghosting, opening sequence, fairy of the shampoo, nap of the star an honestly many more.
eternally is just a piece of art. the "tempo change" effect in this song is the main plot twist bcs actually the tempo doesn't change. besides the beat change, the reason why it sounds like the tempo changed is bcs both two parts in this song has different time signatures. if you count slowly on 4/4, the tempo of both two parts is actually the same.
ok but i literally hear the exact opposite LMAO like it’s a solid 6/8 for me and it’s the bpm that gets doubled in the plot twist
i think it’s part of the genius of the song. all views are valid. i spent a very long time trying to figure it out lol

pied piper: can’t stress enough how much I LOVE this song. It makes me cry, dance and imagine myself as a Kpop idol performing and being in an edit all at the same time- the best.
It's a magic spell, literally, once I listened to it, it always feels like new, how? I never get bored with it. 😭😭
Txt really has god tier bsides, ghosting will forever be a favorite for me and the album eternity is just really great. They have so much variety and such interesting concepts and you can always count on their album to have gems. I feel like sm and hybe produce high quality songs, especially the sm soloists have great songs and they rarely miss. In my opinion, seventeen, g-idle and monsta x(and to an extent stray kids since i am not familiar with them) achieved their high quality songs by themselves, soyeon, woozi and jooheon are just top tier producers and i really hope they don't get wasted. Some of my favorites from those three grouos are put it straight and hwaa by gidle; find you, flow, the dreaming(whole album), lost in the dream, destroyer, autobahn by monsta x; don quixote, shadow, kidult, to you, imperfect love, fearless, heaven's cloud by seventeen.... Truly all of them have great songs i just love them so much

Sad thing is BTS stopped making albums like love yourself her & tear completely. What timeless masterpieces this two albums are omg. Every song is like a roller coaster of a thousand emotions

OMG THE WHOLE LY ERA....LY era definitely has the best kpop albums made in history. but just wanted to say, MOTS era (although shorter) is also comparable to the songs in LY era (ughzz rlly regret not being army a bit earlier on, was only a fan in late 2019)
anyway, lets see what they'll bring us to in 2025, when they resume OT7 activities completely....im sure their next album wld serve!!
@@natxsha To be honest according to me their mots albums doesn't hold a candle to Ly era or even Hyyh era. When mots7 actually released I thought this is their greatest piece of work too due to recency bias I guess, but in 2022 if I look back now Hyyh pt2, wings & tear are their top 3 easily. I will rank mots7 even lower than Dark & wild to be honest
I’ve been an army for a long time and I was so disappointed when after Blood sweat and tears I was given DNA 😢 before that every album was a masterpiece for me (top Wings and HYYH 1-2) there are some b-sides that are good but i don’t love the whole album like I did before and honestly think that’s ok, the boys change and change their music and I don’t have to expect to love everything to still being an army

TXT's discography as a whole... is wow to me. So my taste, I LOVE TXT.
txt is the first group where I truly enjoyed every song they released. literally no skips whatsoever and that is extremely hard to find in a kpop group (or any musical artist in general)
i could sit here and talk about how much i love the b sides on this list that i know (the ones by skz, svt, txt, enha, ive, fromis9, izone, red velvet, aespa, bts etc.) but i‘d much rather say thank you, winterosy, for always showing me so many amazing songs i *don‘t* know yet. it’s insane how many k-pop songs now belong to my faves that i wouldn’t have found if it weren’t for you. and there are still so many i haven’t gotten to listen to yet (i have a 4h playlist filled with songs you recommend/present in your videos, which i don’t know yet lmao). like i write down every single song from every video. so many times i sit here like „omg this song is awesome i def gotta listen to that“ and widen the range of my music taste each video, just like that, and i love it. ofc sometimes our taste differs (duh) and i‘m like „ah this isn’t my cup of tea“ but more often than not it is exactly my cup of tea. so thank you so so much for that

I've recently discovered some AMAZING b-sides I will list my favorites:
Gone with the wind - Gfriend (Classic Gfriend sound of orchestral and j-rock influences)
Blue Day - Dia (It's quite a modern song for them, possibly future bass?)
Trick - Girls' Generation (reminds me of f(x) songs)
Insomnia - Stellar (Definitely an older kpop sound)
This is me - Alice (Fast paced song, reminds of Nun Nu Nan Na by Cignature)
Where U R - Ariaz (A ballad sound with modern elements)
So basically we have same music taste coz these are my favourites too...

black swan is THE b-side. I can rant about that song for an eternity. the lyrics hit like a truck. probably one of the best songs in kpop. the production, the mv, the emotions, the message. the song shows how a person is afraid to lose something he is passionate about and finds serenity in. the fact the proof songs were supposed to release after mots7 just makes me wonder how lost they'd been...
Everytime I listen to Baekhyun, D.O. and Chen, Taeyeon and Wendy vocals, I'm in awe and have goosebumps, they make the songs much more incredible.

you know what, I sometimes find it so amusing to see people trash on BTS for releasing 3 english singles and ignore their discography of literally 250+ songs. BTS's b-sides are immaculately produced and created. I might sound cliche but when i read lyrics of some of their b-sides, I literally feel exposed. they've the songs I can find myself relate to, I can imagine myself in the scenario created by the songs. their music just connects...

txt is the only group in which I have listened to their whole discography and loved every song. their titles tracks are great and I love them but where they shine is definitely their bsides. eternally and opening sequence are just pieces of art, fairy of shampoo, our summer, nap of a star, ghosting, dear sputnik, frost, maze in the mirror, and many more are all so catchy or give me a feeling of nostalgia and sound so ethereal. i can go on and on about them but I want to keep this short, thanks for this video!!

A very underrated discography imho. They consistently have an excellent title track and *at least 2* (out of 3-4) very good/excellent b-sides in each mini, with the other songs still being enjoyable. Midnights Guests (2022) is probably my favorite EP of theirs, but I also love My Little Society (2020).
