I think UE is making it possible for architects to surpass hiring photographers to photograph their completed work because most of the time the clients don't build it as the architects intend anyway. This gives architects the opportunity to showcase their projects in a realistic manner, let's face it, most people won't know this is a fake, credit to how good technology is getting. The downside, of course, is the learning curve behind UE and the time it takes to model this scene and add those finer details which without, don't give it the realism.
Nice work mate looks brilliant. I'm working on a similar design and I appreciate how long this takes to do.

Nice render setup, but man, the scale of the player is fucked up. XD looks like a 3m person, look at the size of the chairs when you walked. Down the camera a little in the first person view
resident evil 8. now lets make it look bad
looks like cheap computer game. Still far from "photorealistic". Just a toy for kids, useless gadget
