I love seeing your dad get involved when and how he can. I am sure it brings him joy to get his hands dirty once in awhile still. I lost my dad Christmas morning some 30 years ago. Cherish every day my friend !!!
My son in law has welded me a few hand tools for my garden, and a machete, a knife, they are treasures...that is a beautiful tool! Many years of success with that!
well you have honeydew hair ! is thats why your hair is so pretty!!!!!!!!! thanks for the video, nice to see your dad helping, hope all is well take care and hugs
You must really love what you do. I lived on Pensacola Beach and the only thing I can think of worse than being hot and sweaty is to add sticky to the mix.

I lost my dad to lung cancer in 2018, every time I see ur dad in a video it warms my heart and he reminds me so much of my dad the way he looks and talks and acts. Awesome stuff
Randy, Hope you short vacation was great. They help us all. Also liked you tee shirt in the opening. Love nature of all kinds. How id your Dad doing? Great to see him. BIG hive. another great video.
My husband and I really enjoy your videos. We've been watching since the pandemic hit. Do you sell bees? If so can I put my order in now for some for next spring please.
I love videos like this! And the surprise of the day was seeing your dad on his back giving you a spell at the vacuum! He's looking good so it really made my day! Nice big hive there!
Well, that was a BIG one. You are braver than I. We don't seem to have honey bees around here, mostly it's hornets and yellow jackets. Both of which have sent me to the hospital in the past. One thing, your skin should be wonderful after all those honey baths! Thanks for sharing. Stay safe.
Howdy Randy, greetings from the UK. Love the video. Did Mr Ed scape a win this year with swarms? Mr Ed reminds me of a joke my daddy used to say; How can you tell a happy Harley rider? Flies on his teeth...
Randy, I just watched a video by Hornet King. He's got a macro camera lens and made some incredible macro shots of yellow jackets and hornets. With your interest in photography, I think you'd really enjoy what he's doing.
Hey Randy! Glad to see your pa is doing alright, all prayers still go to him. I'll never get tired of saying I love your vids, you're a legitimate nice guy. Hugs and best wishes from your Brazilian fan!
I believe the reason my beans didn’t do good this year is there ain’t but very few honey bees 🐝 here this year and they didn’t get pollinated good. I’ve not seen honey bees here at all this year. Usually there on my back porch but I’ve not seen any.
Holy cow that was one flipping huge hive o.o man oh man that was like a never-ending.. another month and a half they'd have been cleared to the other side....
Those combs fascinate me. Never knew they were white or brown and wavy. Look like shoulder pads from a woman’s blouse. Novice here, but enjoying this thoroughly.
Is this an older post, I was wondering because I saw your father in it and wasn't expecting that. If not I am so happy that he has recovered from his illness and is getting around.
Hi Randy, excellent cutout mate, man you make it look so easy but as I know it ain’t had a quite season only managed two cutouts myself both in really tight roof spaces and it was hot and I was getting my ass handed to me both cutouts went straight into a ten frame box each and both are doing great, our season is over now herein the UK all wrapped up snug for the winter. Thank you Randy for sharing your vlog with us mate and god bless.
I have no idea why the UA-cam logarithm recommended your videos, but I had 20 minutes to kill and I watched. You are so educational! Before becoming addicted to Dirt Rooster vids all I knew about bees was they were annoying insects that could sting you. Oh, and they made honey. Now I see the beauty in some of the hives. I find myself thinking, wow, look at all that capped honey. I can tell drone brood from worker brood. In my weaker moments, I contemplate setting up a hive in the field. I have researched bee suits. You represent your hobby well!
Good to see Pop and his sample stool and hope he's recovering and getting his strength back. You did good and Mr. Ed could've walked to the back and kicked them out for you so you wouldn't had to stretch so far. Go get you some bacon and feed some to that purty DAWG! GBWYall! Tommy too!
Hey Randy, Have you seen today's video on The Bush Bee Man channel? He's assembling some cool new gadget he just bought. Honey supers with double decker round comb frames for raw honey comb. He explains their purpose far better than I can, but it seems like nice special purpose item. Enjoying this cool sunny fall day and hope you are having the same!
Respect to yourself and those working on the job with you. Some questions from an "outsider"; I thought that bees had only sucking mouth parts, so how can they chew through insulation and rubber bands? Substances that dissolve matter? And wasps- what happens if you smoke a nest during a removal? Cheers from NZ.
How's your Dad? Please pass on my good wishes for him it was good to see him in there working - sows us old guys can still git 'er done ( i am 70). Stu
Imagine what all those returning foragers must be thinking. I imagine it’s a lot like us humans witnessing the destruction after a disaster like a tornado or hurricane. Great video as always Randy!! 👍
You and missus DRooster ought to develop a honey shampoo and conditioner. You have beautiful hair, and now we know why. Good to see your Dad again, give the whole crew a big hug from all of us!
A “stool sample”, 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Great comment Randy!!!
Randy. How is your Dad doing? Much better I hope. Best to you and the family.

Very good video. Love to see your dad doing so well to help. He looks great. Keep the vids coming ...... Love um.
DANG! 6 feet deep, & 2 5gallon buckets of honey combs.................That's a great haul, Randy!
What a crazy job you have! Thankful there are people like you to call
Oh yes the yellow jacket debacle. Haha. I do remembervthat and it looks like the same area. Blessings to you and yours brother.
Nice to see your dad is fully recovered from his hospital visit 👍👍
I think that this vid is a continuation of one from the summer, before the illness. I could be hideously mistaken ...
Great job! I didn't think those combs were ever going to end.

How is your dad doing? I hope he is doing better. I am praying for him.
Just the idea of all those bees around my neck...the stuff that nightmares are made of.😱
You might try plastic safety glasses to keep the honey out of your eyes.
I hope your dad's doing better.
Love the GSP in the video. Love that breed
That was an awesome hive. 💕🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝
Lord, that was a big hive. Glad you got it in one go.

What do you do in the “Winter”. Sell honey 🍯 and beeswax products?
I'm always surprised at how busy one can stay removing hives. Is it a steady business???
