Im not sure why people are assuming you need all 10 stacks for the artifact to be viable. I feel getting 5-7 stacks (which is an easy 15-21% extra might) & keeping a finisher in your rotation (ideally itll be the last skill in your rotation because itll reset your stacks) will be more than enough to upkeep your dps and not kill yourself. The artifact isnt bad, it needs to be thought out. I barely play this game anyways.
It's because you barely play as to why you don't understand that this is a problem for most powers on ST use except Muni, Rage, Fire and possibly HL but you definitely have to use Mini gun in your ST Load out with Learneas amulet for HL. For example, Muni can get away with this on ST because all of their powers are channel powers and multi hit. Most of Muni ST hard hitting powers are only a power cost of 200. Meaning you can spam 3 powers on ST all day without needing to hit small package to refresh for heals, meaning you can stay at max might for longer without killing yourself. While you excute channel powers you'll be able to get heals that a healer can regulate with ease. Fire has self heals tied into it's finisher so this is self explanatory Rage has self heals as well and evicericsting chain is quick with low cool down meaning they can build their stacks faster and like mini, for ST, their hard hitting powers are low power cost HL would be tricky because it's ST LO is already hard hitting. You'd have to give up a strong power like hand clap, grasping hand or robot sidekick to get minigun in there since it channels and gives healer time to heal you. You'd lose damage and be more dependent on learneas stacks because minigun doesn't hit as hard as Handclap or grasping hand for ST. Thus, you're hoping Learnea makes up for what you gave up in your LO. Minigun has a lower power cost. Yet, most of the ST for HL has a high power cost. For many powers, a lower power cost is lower damage to yourself, but a higher power cost is more damage to yourself. Most have at least 2 or 3 powers in their loadout that comprise of a 300 power cost and they really can't get away from those powers without massive damage lost. How many do you really belive aren't going to go for max stat instead of 5-7 stacks? Even at 5-7 stacks, you still mess with the priority heal which pisses off the healer and Tank, eventually if you're not one of these 3 powers aforementioned, when you die people are going to end up leaving you out of annoyance or kicking you. Is it possible to do as you stated? Yes, absolutely, but not without annoyance. The longer it takes by way of channel powers before needing to use your finisher is what makes the difference for this art.
Does the artifact activates when using finisher move as part of the chain? I like using snap trap then continue to chain to finisher move and then etc. Will the artifact count it?
If ppl die using this art is because they play Melee ( which is stupid due to the risk) or they don’t have a clue how to rotate through their loadout... ppl kicking are even stupid
@@albertocuevas3811 Fire has self heals, Fires finisher is a self heal. Fire doesn't have a lot of hard hitting powers. Thus, most of it's reasonably decent hard hitting powers have a low power cost. Learnea isn't going to be a vast difference maker until rank 160 and above. The goal is to do as many rotations as possible without committing suicide and maintaining before needing your finisher. Here's a different way of thinking: Let's say Learnea is ranked 120 to 159. Regardless you have to do 5 stacks roughly to activate Learnea. Until then, you're doing damage as usual, once the amulet activates, if you have a bunch of powers that cost 300 in your Loadout that's more damage in you take. Thus, you'd need a fair mixture of 200 powers cost moves in your LO just so you don't kill yourself fast. Thus, if the powers you cast have channel times of persl se 4 or 5 seconds like Heatvision, it gives you time for the healer to catch you. Now, by 3rd rotation you need to hit that finisher. Then you're back to regular damage until you activate the amulet again. Thus, the damage you do won't be significant over someone per se using a 120 to 159 solar amp. Basically your damage will look like this -----^^^^^^^^_____^^^^^^^^ so reg damage, 5 power execution and activate, damage goes up, 2 rotations and finisher, damage goes down until reactivated, damage goes back up. You see how the damage isn't consistently up? So, unless Learnea is 160 or higher, you won't be killing it on ST
He ain’t using strat though , they buffed it for might DPSes. Also , they didn’t nerf doomspin so you gotta really go up against a DWFS prec to see how might’s much better now.
Why don't you check out the whole channel, instead of just watching one video and being confused. Everyone else knows what he is about and what the channel is for. If you don't like it, don't watch.

As a healer, there are so many subtle ways to punish someone for using that artifact. Just being a little less than quick on the priority heal is going to knock a DPS with that crap out. On the other hand, anyone using that piece of DCUO genius deserves a teabagging every time they get picked up.
Ppl with this art getting kicked from the group
😂

That artifact is not Healer Friendly lol
Nice video. We already know we waiting on some hardlight guides. Yo I see you with the pc
I see alot of people flocking to this artifact and regretting it later as they will keep dying from doing their rotations or being kicked
Now I gotta start checkin people arts 😂
Yes, it has come to this point smh lol
5k hesy good video:)

someone tell me why he uses inspiration when its a weapon buff and not a might buff

Can you do better now with the artifact? What powers it works better with?
you can plug your ps4 controller into your pc and itll work ingame. im pc and use a xbox controller
Yeah, I think I told him that on last video. I've always been PC, and I use a PS4 controller now, but have used an Xbox one before too (360 and ONE).
Weren't advanced mechanics removed though
If I'm in a group and someone keep dying from that artifact I won't do pick up that it.
If you replace one of the op items with regular gear the targets shouldn't move.

Excluding the ones that kill you.
Solar,eye,and scrap
But just depends on the power u are some powers are better wit grim and trans and strategist card
What you do share it on your phone to youtube
Rage, Muni, and Fire would likely be the only ones safe to use Learneas amulet
Why fire?
