    Love your vids! They have inspired me to go crabbing after almost 20yrs! I typically go to Turkey Point early in the morning, so I'm usually the only one on the bridge. This is something I used to do as a kid, with my parents. They're both long gone, but crabbing is something I think I'm going to do every year. Thank you 😊

    Nice catch on the crabs. Lucky you went on the 21st (Saturday). Sunday was also a nice day, but the storm surge plus full moon caused a lot of local flooding and rough water. Although, Saturday was the last day of summer. Local summer should still be in the swing! Hope you still have clear skies and good crabbing!

      @@MsMrBigglesworthThe crabs have been fat this time of the season. Not a lot but we’re still catching them🦀Yes, until the water turns super cold, we’ll continue crabbing and fishing. We love this cool fall weather, keeps those bugs away.

    Awesome work with that stirng and net, love watching these NJ inlets fishing. You can just stand there, pan the camera around and that

      @@nolasurmanek7693 😊These South Jersey parts really seem to have big Perch and Spots especially in the Creeks. Late Summer seems to bring them out.

    Great video! Time to leave, vans under water. 😁 Never tried salt and sprite, only old bay. I'll need to try that sometime.

      @@slingshotcrabbing 😆We’ve never tried Old Bay. This spot gets really underwater on high tide. Tricky, needs to plan around the tides. It would be interesting to crab here in July🦀. Good luck on your trip! It’s going to be a beautiful Day!

    Please tell me you're going to crab into October....I know I will.
    Also I keep wondering how you take the videos of the car coming towards you and when you take both of you together..
    Is there a third person or a tripod??

      @@magazineman3910 It’s our old reliable tripod😊. Sometimes our daughter comes along and she automatically becomes the camera girl. We’ll still try crabbing and fishing in October, hopefully it won’t get too cold.

      @@thandastones888 thanks for the reply. What type of fish are those that your catching, do they have small bones that you have to be careful about swallowing and do they taste good?

      @@Vin3Man They taste pretty good🐟. They’re not too bony, just the usual bone segments protecting it’s abdominal area. This is called a White Perch.

    been following you guys for a couple seasons now! love the content! i would love to know if you have some sort of "Crab total" from season to season! would be interesting to see the numbers!

      @@Echi1d 😊No, not really. But that’s a good idea, just to see the trend if numbers are going up or down per season. We had one time more than a hundred crabs in one day at Brick. This year our best day was at 55 crabs in Island Heights. Thank you! Have a great Sunday🥰!

      @@MichaelColey-h7l We check for high tides usually and base our time on that. But ideally we love to start really early between 6:00am to 7:00am. In the peak of Summer, that noontime sun is unforgiving😊.
