It never stops shocking me what medics and journalists are describing. The footage and pictures on tiktok/instagram are bad enough, but to hear the effect it is having on trained medics, well, it is moral injury that is being inflicted of everyone on the ground in Gaza.
What's shocking to me is that all comments seem to assume the those children where "shot in the head" by ID soldiers, and even if in some cases it might be the case, my guess is that most of them are actually shot by Hamas (as the doctor rightly says they see a pattern but can't determine who shot)...
