    Suggestion; this trick feels a lot more comfortable and looks way more stylish if you lock into the toe edge when you land, and then ride out the tow edge too instead of immediately rolling onto the heals again. This also gets your body weight positioned properly to scale up to faster speeds and bigger rollers/jumps.

    I don’t think if the board leaves the ground them it’s counted as a butter 360. It’s a butter nose role 180 180 out

    I love your videos man! Just came across them a couple of weeks ago and I've already powered through most of the videos! I have a suggestion though. I feel like it would be awesome to mix in a vlog type video every other video. Do an informational video, then do a snowboarding vlog, info video, snowboarding vlog. I know i would love to see it and I'm sure there are a lot of other people that would too!!!

    I'm currently running a 18/3 degree stance. I like running a forward stance but I feel it's holding me back. I wanna start running a duck stance so I can practice switch riding and start doing more jumps and boxes/rails. What stance would you recommend as a starting point ? I'm pretty comfortable with blue runs and starting to do black. How should I go about this?

    Not trying to hold you down, and i really like your videos, but here you are not doing 360 noserolls. In a proper 360 noseroll the tail lifts up immediately from the ground and lands only after doing a 360. The nose has to stay on the ground during the whole trick.
    Plus you spin the first 90 degrees on the ground, and almost revert when landing.
    peace :)

    When I ride and am going straight, I tend to always be on a edge as if I'm riding flat my board starts to feel like it's kicking out and losing control and I can't get much speed on my edges, tips/advice?

    • @gotramp
      @gotramp 7 років тому

      sounds like you have a camber board, they tend to catch those edges.
      you could detune your edges at the contact points (right before the nose and tail rise). Maybe that will help a little bit. Otherwise it's just a lot of practice to get you confident about going full straight.

    • @smally8499234
      @smally8499234 7 років тому

      Thierry.F Yeah I do have a camber board, I have a libtech, T-rice HP Pro with magnetraction edges so that wouldn't help me as a beginner. I have detuned the contact points and it did help a little, but yeah confidence is most likely what I need.

    • @gotramp
      @gotramp 7 років тому

      smally1986 nice board,
      I just got myself the libtech totallyripper (T-Ripper) HP so basically the same but a little bit stiffer. couldn't try it out yet but i'll let you know if i have similar problems.

    • @ChrisEyres
      @ChrisEyres 7 років тому

      This was filmed with gopole, no gimbal, with gopro5. The pole definitely helps to minimize shaking, but also the slow speed and easy terrain helps. You can see at 4.25 where i nearly caught my edge that it shakes a little. Otherwise just focusing on being smooth and using good edge control.

      @ChrisEyres 7 років тому +1

      personally i find it way easier to do this switch than regular, my board setup is slightly directional, the nose it longer so its harder to pop from there
