I have Vehicle insurance of acko. I got an accident.When reported to company insurance auditor came and reported to company. I got full amount as per estimate without completing work. But I don't experience with health products although i have one

Mental health is covered if it is part of hospitalisation but regular doctor visits or therapy is something which is not covered.
Bro if patient is hospitalized and the hospital do diagnostic tests in hospital itself, are these tests not covered in Acko
These types of tests are covered in all medical insurance
I don't care if I have to pay high premium, let people like me know a plan that covers huge amounts like a crore or more and with maximum payouts done

I have personal experience with acko platinum plan claim settlement, it was quick cashless settlement. Covers all hospital bills including food , dietician consultation, doctor consultation, medicines, bed charges etc. only thing i paid was auto rickshaw bill from hospital to home. 😊

This is a true review of the acko insurance...others are just paid promotion....even famous youtube channel are sold out to acko and selling shit insurance to audience
I am fed up of hidden loop holes of insurance policies. I dont care about premium. I just want peace of mind. Please suggest a policy with minimum restrictions and maximum cashless coverage. I am ready to pay premium if it gives me such features.

I had bitter experience with them. With least brick and mortar presence they have wilful fishy practices. One of them they take premium and hold on to it enjoying interest and return it with 40 pc cut on some pretext or other irdai must force the premiums into escrow account until acceptance or rejection
Last week my mother got admitted to hospital and acko cleared all 40k+ expenses with in 2 hours.
I watch the this video purchasing the health insurance to check user reviews on acko..
Few people complaint about claim rejection.
While purchasing policy please go through full details and mention all pre known health issues and they have waiting period for some specific illness
Except this condition you will get your claim cleared
Now i am writing my own experience here...
On the whole, I understood that we shouldn't buy Acko as there is not credibility and track record about it.
Aap hindi me bat karonge to bahut achha rehaga kuonki majority public hindi aasani se samaj sakti few percentage people hi English samaj sakte he so plz hindi me bat karye
I assume their videos are for whole of India and not just Hindi speaking States

Kindly do not go with acko. The biggest problem is their TPA - FHPL.
TPA had made the pre auth process as punishment. Once hospital puts pre auth request, they will send queries in chunks so that the TAT of 2 hrs keep extending. They can send all queries at once but they wont. This is so much harassment process as you have to coordinate hospital mediclaim deak multiple times to reply to TPA. kindly do not buy acko.
P.S : i have 2 platinum acko policy and now thinking of porting.
Tells hdfc in videos and only suggests high commission ones😂😂😂😂😂 , hdfc never comes in their recommendations by teir team.
