Try these beer cocktails for fall!
Вставка
- Опубліковано 4 сер 2024
- Today I’m making beer cocktails that capture the tasty flavors of fall! This time each year I enjoy sipping on a beer while watching football (American football - for the international viewers), so I thought let's use some of that beer in a cocktail - or three. Each drink calls for a different style of beer (porter/stout, IPA, Oktoberfest), but of course feel free to experiment with some of your favorite brews. This is a good opportunity to support our local breweries. So go out there, grab some brews and add some booze (responsibly - of course). Cheers, everyone!

Fence Hopper is maybe one of the best cocktail names ever invented.
Of all of your recipes, these are probably the ones I make over and over. That and YOUR version of the dark and stormy...it's a crowd favorite 🥳
Dang! I just can’t get enough of this channel.
I’ve made so many of your great cocktails… thank you!
Thank you for trying the drinks! Cheers, Patrick!
I would love to support you if you ever came out with a book of your recipes!
seconded!
@@psaik123 third…deded?!
"Variation is the spice of life!" Awesome cocktails as always Anders! 👍🏼
The Lumberjack in Love looks amazing! Definitely checking that one out soon!
Made the Fence Hopper with Pumpkin Whiskey. It was stellar. So festive & we’re happy we had the ingredients this time! 🎉
Great choice! Happy you liked the drink!
These beer cocktails look awesome Anders! I enjoy my beer cocktails from time to time too but these are huge upgrades on what I make! Thanks for sharing the recipes and the ingenuity!
Being a bartender and working in a brewpub myself and serving beer cocktails regularly, this is my new favourite video right away. Definitely going to try all of these. Thanks a lot!
Cheers, Yannick!
Just made the Fence Hopper and it's PHENOMENAL! You absolutely nailed it, Anders 👍👍
My weekend cocktail project! Thanks Anders!
You are THE BEST!! Can’t wait to make a cocktail for my beer drinking friends 🤗
Very cool, I can't wait to try them. Love you guys.
Lumberjacks in Love at the American Folklore Theatre. What great memories.
These look fantastic Anders! Cheers for the original recipes, and for including BEER! As a home-brewer, much appreciated and very cool. Definitely going to be serving at least one of these at our family Thanksgiving this year
Man, I always found mixing beer into cocktails successfully was an impossible task, but all these mixes just make so much sense!
Good work 👌🏻
2 and 3 look actually amazing. i'm gonna try these. i really like how you often incorporate your own drink creations unlike other youtubers.
That fence hopper was just chef kiss👌
More great ideas. Great video.
Great episode, I looked for beer cocktails ages ago and most are just a spirit dropped in a beer, these actually are true beer cocktails.
Such a fun idea for a video and for fall cocktails !! I might try the second one 😊
This is my new fav channel on YT! Great camera work, editing, music, and mixology skillzzzz!! ✌🏼
The Fence Hopper was fantastic!
Supporting the Chicago breweries!! Cheers!
I’ve been wanting to try some beer cocktails for a while. I’m on these!!
Love this one bro. Super excited to make these.
Just made your Fence Hopper. Delicious! Thank you, sir 🍺
That's a great play. Door County rocks.
Just tried both a stone fence and your fence hopper last night. Fantastic fall beer cocktails. Thanks for the video.
Some excellent beer choices there, Anders.
Another one worth trying is the Flip Side. Delicious!!!
Man, this brought back some memories. Haven't had a Rattleskull in years. The other two drinks look interesting. Can't wait to try them!
Fence hopper was amazing!
Love your videos amigo greatings from Chile
My family goes to those plays every year! I knew that drink sounded familiar! Such a good play. Glad to see you incorporate the Midwest into your drinks and videos.
Colorado is the king of beers 🍻 and the whiskey game is getting very close. Great video thanks.
Great ideas for fall!
I think I’m going to fall in love with the fence hopper!
Chicagoan here. Loved to see the beer selections 🙂.
Anders strikes again! Fence Hopper was great! Looking forward to the Luberjack...and Of Course LOVE The Rattleskull :)
That rattleskull looks really good. I mainly drink stout beer so caught my eye.
The other ingredients sound interesting together. I really like cognac too and
lime is my favorite cocktail flavor
Just did the rattle skull last night. Very delicious! Will become one of my favorites for sure!
Here in Buffalo area watching the Bills/KC game with a Rattle Skull in hand. Our son’s in Minneapolis area drinking your Fence Hopper. 2 out of 3 & we’re lovin’ them. THANKS Anders. Cheers & GO BILLS!
Was beginning to think we were going to have a Friday without you! Going to try these!
Made it! Cheers, Sterling! 🍻
I’ve only made the fence hopper but dang was that tasty! 🥃👍🍺
The Fence Hopper is a great name! I can’t wait to try it!
All of them look yummy 😋 🍻
Mmmmm Stout and Porters are my fall go to. Now to add a little extras. Thank you Anders
Cheers!
Beer and cocktails 🔥😍💯
The fence hopper looks amazing!
And “lumberjack in love” … wonderful callback!
Thanks Cale! Thought you might enjoy these! 🍻
Da`um my mouth is watering
Made the RattleSkull tonight at work - surprised at how bright it actually comes out! Great and interesting recommendation!
Great idea!
Our brewery even made a menu with a few different beer based cocktails for the annual brewery festival. I didn't like all of those, but 2-3 have been really tasty.
In Germany we got "smoked" beer which tastes a bit like Islay Whisky. I planned to tinker a cocktail with this monster
Found this video a couple weeks ago. Decided to try one of these for Thanksgiving. Just made a trial version of the Lumberjack In Love to try before the big day. Insanely good! Thank you!
This is great. Love this. I have a friend that likes beer more than cocktails (generally), and so this'll be fun to see if he likes these. Nice!
Made the rattle skull last year and it became one of my favorite fall drinks. Just made the fence hopper and it might just be better than the rattle skull. Thanks. Keep em coming.
Rattleskull is a standard at the pub for me when im looking to drink but its also much more simple, just a squeeze of lime, shot of rum, then the porter.
I’ll be headed home to Asheville for the holidays, can’t wait to try these after I grab some of my favorite beers!
Yes. Yes. Yassss.
I have to say, you've been looking a lot happier and healthier in your videos since you left that bar job. Not that you looked unhealthy or unhappy before, but there's definitely a positive difference! Glad you're doing well, keep up the great content!
Great sounding drinks buddy!
I don't even really like beer but you have me wanting these.
Great as usuals :)
We love the Rattleskull😊
I'm just thinking of the Rattle Skull with a Coconut Porter/Stout and salivating.
The fence hopper is actually incredible
Rattle Skull is so tasty! Fall meets summer!
I haven’t watched the video yet and it’s already amazing! Anders my finger I almost cut off with that damn peeler is healed
These all sound exceptional. I guess I'm going to buy some beer.
Love your videos
oh man you had me worried I look forward to this every week
These all look delicious! I have to say though the Fence Hopper seems right up my alley! So much so I think I’m going to have to order some barware and make one myself! 👌
Waited all day for this!
A later upload - thanks for waiting!
Wow, I can't believe I actually have everything I need to make a Fence Hopper! Maybe I'll try it out this weekend!
Just made myself a fence hopper... DELICIOUS!!! 👌
I expect your last two fantastic beer cocktails will levitate and transport me through the wormhole to past memories of Canada's Muskoka Lakes which are absolutely gorgeous during the full colors of autumn. Cheers Anders!! 🇨🇦🍺 🥌🍁
hehe... I didn't have any of the exact ingredients for the lumberjack so I used a home brew hogworts IPA, redwood empire rye, appleton gold jamaica rum, sugar cube soaked with orange angustura bitters, leftover juices from luxardo cherries and I must say... what a knock out! luv the recipes!
Beer cocktails I actually want to make…that is a first. Well done again!
Just here to say I f love your naming convention for the drink.
Made the Rattle Skull with Westbrook Brewing Mexican Cake. Fantastic
You’re the best 🍻
Your Fence Hopper is so good. I’ve never had a beer cocktail that I thought was better than a beer or a cocktail by itself. This is one is! I served these as a pregame to parents before trick-or-treating and everyone loved them. The comment was this is so autumnal!
Love it! Cheers!
I just made the Fence Hopper. I'm not a big IPA fan, but this drink is nicely balanced. I'm a fan!
mellow fruitfulness and much love from the UK... Hic....
I had Rattleskull on drink specials at the home bar last fall, time to bring it back. Thanks for the inspiration.
"Grab your beer... Meet me here." by Anders Erickson...🍺 that will be a sing in my bar. 🍺🍻 Cheers!!!
Definitely trying the fence hopper this weekend
Hi Anders! I'm watching your videos almost since the beginning. Last night I tried out your Fence Hopper with a few friends and it was a huge success! Thank you for the great videos, sips, tips and recipes!
Thanks for making it - happy it was a success! Cheers!
I love that you make these on Friday, so I have time on Saturday to buy all the ingredients, before stores close on Sunday (Germany has that). Well, we have plenty of beer here :D
That you do. Cheers! 🍻
Ah, I didn’t know Germany did that as well!
This is the first video I have seen from you but I love your vibe! Some bar youtubers tend to act very "cool, cold and professional" or way to loud but you are just positive and easy to listen to you. Great job, I will definitely watch more of you!
Thanks! Welcome to the channel- happy you’re here!
Love your channel
Thanks for the fall drinks! I was limited on my options, but I did have whiskey, apple cider, lime juice, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice. I didn't think to add beer!
I never drink beer but these could tempt me
Ooh I've got all the ingredients for the Fence Hopper on hand! I know what's on the menu this weekend
I like the chaotic energy this episode
Nice!! I'll try the Rattle Skull later today ... I've got all the components - sounds terrific.
You need to try "Mumma". A big thing here in Sweden around Christmas.
Great channel and love me some Maplewood 🍺
Fence Hopper is an excellent name!
I've always loved cocktail names that basically tell you what the drink is.... the long slow comfortable screw up against the side of the wall always comes to mind.
Haha now there's a name
@@AndersErickson
C'mon... you've made one...
Just once...
... for fun?
I did.
Tasted like Galliano and orange juice
