Rates mentioned is just for video, when we call and enquiry they say higher rates. I asked why they mentioned rates keeps changing. I wondered if this much changes happens in 4 months. Steel door starting mentioned in video 16k and FRC 8k, but in call they mention steel door starting 23k and FRC 10.5k. More than 30percent hike in 4 months is a joke ?? Stay cautious with this plp..

I was looking for about 10 doors so contacted their Bangalore office. They could not provide details on the biometric lock system, so put me on to their biometric lock provider. The provider could not provide the spec of the biometric lock system. From the photo I found that it was a cheap chinese lock they have. He was not flexible to move to a camera based lock with the same spec. What I got from my communication with their lock expert is that you are locked in whatever lock they provide once you buy a door and will not be able to have a upgraded lock if you wish, which is not what i was looking for. Camera feature is norm now and the lock system they provide is outdated
I also had sent few questions on the honeycomb material they use and the type of steel and thickness (as i saw a dent on door in one of the videos) I did not get the answers. In my experinec their customer response is slow or not good
