Great job man. I just got into this a month ago after watching your videos and am slowly getting a mold here and there to expand what I can make for my son and I and make a few bucks on the side.
I'm definitely liking the darker watermelon for that Baby Bass color match! But they all look great! Either one will catch fish here on the delta! Cheers Chris!!
Great video as usual. I am a newbie to bait making and am having an issue with air pockets in my stick baits. Don't seem to have this issue with my other styles. Is there a trick when shooting stick baits to prevent the air pockets that I am missing?
I actually like the darker version and as always back to basics are fun to watch. I too hate salt and make my sticks without and just use a weighted wacky hook. It doesn’t seem to effect my catches. By the way just spent the night in Tallahassee on our way down to Disney.
I’m thinking of dipping my toes into some basic bait making. What injector would you recommend starting with??? I’ve looked around on Amazon and the Do-it website. I’d want to start with at least a 4oz injector. Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks.
Cool catch and I may need to try to aid some black to my watermelon it's been losing its color driven me nuts thanks again alsome video and happy late Memorial Day to you and your family Triple J Baits
going to be new to bait making and these videos are my classes to improve, avoid mistakes made and guide to the new trade. Not looking to make any money just memories
What do you think about people using popcorn salt on soft plastics I’ve seen a couple people do that not sure if it’s the same consistency as soft plastic salt
Absolutely love stranger things watching season 4 between UA-cam videos it so much darker than the first three. Have caught most of my fish on a stick worm Texas riged can't beat it.
You should do a salt experiment. Maybe test out what would happen if you dye the salt using different pigments or even food coloring. Maybe even try pink salt?
So I definitely have started pouring my own baits because of your channel. Unfortunately my senkos don’t seem to sink like the real Yamamoto’s. They tend to float. Any suggestions?
Just watched your video and im curious about using salt. I find that it changes the color and I'm wondering if I should saturate the color more because it changes or is it better to add more color after?
So I saw a video of yours and you were saying that you believe salt was just a cheep filler, I agree with that. Why are you making baits with it if it doesn't really do anything but make the bait tear up faster? This is a lagit question, I'm not traying to be a Dick. I rally enjoy your channel and it has helped me in my bait making journey... 👍👍
@ Hop Along Johnny He did a video a while back where he said that for every 1 cup of plastic you add 1/4 cup of unionized bait salt. I have had good luck with that ratio.
Your hatred of salt kind of cracks me up. I do like to bake my salt before I use it. I also like flake salt in my tubes, and big Crystal salt in almost everything else (stick bait, trd style, grub, swimbait….). I actually don’t pour anything without salt (except clear) anymore.
Chris, u need make others lures, it´s the same in all videos, same form. Try making saltwater lures, shrimps, crabs, mullets, sand eels, flounders, etc
Is Yamamoto still king of Senkos???
It seems like they have changed actually. 🤔
@@wickedbassn very interesting
@@WorldsWorstFishing I’m a googan fan. The lunker log is my favorite, but I have used it more than anything else.

Awesome video! I appreciate getting to watch a master at his craft.
haha we try
Really enjoy color matching and color of the day videos. The technical stuff is awesome but good old back to basics is always appreciated 👍.
Amen
I love these videos, as I am trying to start my own bait company.
Awesome..best of luck
@@WorldsWorstFishing thanks
Awesome video! Beautiful family, great fishin
Thank you
Love stick worms! Those are fire!
My favorite senko is the orange with black flake, but those look great. Everything you make is on point.
Chris I would like to see you do a video making tilapia magic. It's a cool color.

Love the video's I use a lot of stick bait awsome job
thank you
nice colors!
thanks you
2 drops made a BIG difference! 😯
I actually thought you'd try a dark blue before you said black. Always a good time watching your videos! 👍👍
thanks Heather
Chris what salt do you use? They look awesome 👏
I like the lighter ones better only because I catch tons of fish with that color from where I fish
Nice senkos 🤙🏼🎣😎
Have you tried putting the salt under vacuum to see if it will reduce the moisture in it?
Excellent job!!! Have you ever made Zooms watermelon violet??
I can’t figure out the color flakes they’re using going off of a pic. They discontinued them and I want to be able to make it!

After you added the flake and salt, did you heat the plastic back up?
Another question, did you use the vaccum machine after adding salt?
Pretty cool,
Where did ya get that big injector? I've grown out of my little dual do it...thanks , as always

So I've been watching Your channel for a while and I would like to know if you could let me know who you used to make your bags. Thanks

Where do u buy ur molds? I really want to start making these
Hello, just a quick question, why did you put the lures on the water after the pouring?
Hey who did you use to make the engraving on the casting blocks?
What an awesome video++
Thank you
Trying to have custom lure bags made. Where did you have yours made?
some giant factory in Hong Kong
Can you use jerkbait blend for stick baits or should you only use worm blend?

It's a great hobby for that
How big are the 2 oz containers of lureworks glitter?
How do you get a mold with your logo in it ?
Am I 1st!!! Can't wait to watch!!
First
Hell yeah!! Not gonna lie, been youtube stocking for two weeks lol
You hit a home run again! Your context is outstanding! The lighter ones is for me. They should catch some fish!
💪💪💪
Ha! I agree, I always thought it was gold in baby bass.
for real
Hey question do u have a 3 inch saucy swimmer mold
Why do you prefer that BTS mold over your coreshot angling ai stickbait without the rods?
I have way more cavities of them
Couldn’t you dry out the salt in dehydrator
probably yes
what kind of salt do you use?
What do you think about people using popcorn salt on soft plastics I’ve seen a couple people do that not sure if it’s the same consistency as soft plastic salt
It might require a lot of stirring if it sinks really fast but I don't see why it would not work
what about a light shade of mean green
🔥🔥🔥
🔥🔥🔥
Good video amigo 🤙🏼🎣
🙏🙏🙏
Can you color match AYU?
Absolutely love stranger things watching season 4 between UA-cam videos it so much darker than the first three. Have caught most of my fish on a stick worm Texas riged can't beat it.
yeah it's wild
Do a color match with a striped mullet with the 4in swimbait
That might be impossible
You should do a salt experiment. Maybe test out what would happen if you dye the salt using different pigments or even food coloring. Maybe even try pink salt?
Can you show more advanced hand pouring like what you showed in the intro.
What size small black & silver flake.
So I definitely have started pouring my own baits because of your channel. Unfortunately my senkos don’t seem to sink like the real Yamamoto’s. They tend to float. Any suggestions?
More salt
@@WorldsWorstFishing is your general salt mixture 1/4 cup of salt per cup of plastic?
Just watched your video and im curious about using salt. I find that it changes the color and I'm wondering if I should saturate the color more because it changes or is it better to add more color after?
I would say it does dilute the saturation by a little bit
The salt does clouds the color and gives baby bass that green
Mr Jones, can someone just jump into season three of stranger things or do you have to watch it from the start?
I have stopped using salt at all. I feel like the dead on black bucket works just as good.

In the case of a stick bait..it does add weight and sink..which is the only time I find salt appropriate.
@@WorldsWorstFishing Thanks for the reply Chris 👍🏻
DO you sell these lures you make? I tried looking in your link up in the about section but i only seen clothing and eyes.
I do sell baits on my Instagram only

I never add salt to my stick worms. It just makes them too brittle.
Anybody know any swap pages on Facebook for bait making supplies and such?

Chris, u need make others lures, it´s the same in all videos, same form. Try making saltwater lures, shrimps, crabs, mullets, sand eels, flounders, etc
they need better saltwater molds in the industry
@@WorldsWorstFishing It is no longer known which video is new, it has already become boring
It’s actually a yellow flake. Just letting you know, not the silver flake👍
Nvm I looked at the finish product and it looks great
