Also, fun fact, the Nailz situation actually wound up saving Vince's ass later. When the steroid trial happened, the prosecution called Nailz as a witness but his testimony was so obviously biased that his presence ended up helping the defense. The feds were about to have Vince jammed up for years so maybe if that situation doesn't happen, Vince gets convicted of one or more of the charges RIGHT as WCW is coming to the forefront in the mid 90s and wrestling history looks A LOT different.

1 Bad News Brown beat Vince McMahon like a dog in front of EVERYBODY for repeatedly lying to him. Nobody stepped in because Bad News was a legit shooter. He won the Bronze Medal in Judo in the 1976 Olympics.
2. Kofi Kingston beat up Vince on his private jet for running his mouth.
3. Bret Hart also beat up Vince after the Montreal Screwjob.

Yeah no it’s not just because JR was the voice of WWE he was also the head of Talent Relations which meant he made sure no backstage drama went down back then between wrestlers and made sure everyone did business.

I'm not sure you know this Ross but Pro-Wrestling Illustrated has listed Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, and Jon Moxley as the top wrestlers of 2023. Seth ranking 1, Roman ranking 2, and Jon as 3.
My boys eating good that's for sure. Roman being the big Hollywood man of WWE, Seth the reliable champion with the championship that's on TV every week, and Jon the face of telling the system to fuck itself and blazing his own path.

One has given us unforgettable work rate and feuds, one was been on the longest heel reign of the modern era,

The shield wouldnt of been buried had cena ryback and sheamus won instead the difference between cena beating nexus and if he had beat the shield are nexus entered a feud with cena right away, the shield was already putting on great matches before the match with cena. As long as thered be a payoff with them doing another match this time defeating cenas team. Cena wouldnt of buried the shield had they lost cuz if they were still putting on top banger matches and continued their success that they had. Biggest mistake with nexus was putting them right away in a match with cena.

I felt he looked a lot more promising on NXT. Idk what happened on the main roster. He & Theory are just Miz & Cena-lite without the mic skills. They got it right pushing LA Knight & I hope HHH does something with Cameron Grimes as well.
Both of those guys are very entertaining as both heels & faces. Grimes’ rich southern boy gimmick was his peak (way better than Happy Corbin) and he was hilarious to the point where he had to go babyface against LA for the Million Dollar Championship when he became his butler & got a pep talk from Ted DiBiase.

A couple years from now and a few protein shakes later? Who knows maybe that would help him get over on the big show. I don’t understand this obsession that some internet wrestling fans have with wanting to push the young and green talent so hard. Why not let them build experience on the lower/mid card until they develop something fans universally want? There are exceptions to this, obviously. Like I wouldn’t stick MJF in NXT.🤷♂️
