Apologies about the crazy levels of reflection in my glasses. I know I normally get a bit of reflection but this was the first time wearing my new glasses in a video and they are quite a bit worse. I'm going to try and sit at a new angle for my next video👍🏻
It definitely helps with contouring .. the doctor sees the tissue as is and the chest is fully developed.. i body build and did Oly weightlifting before surgery
The arnica thing is legit btw. The second he said it I was like "oh, that's the stuff against bruising". I've never taken the tablets but the cremes are honestly part of the reason my legs weren't permanently black and blue in childhood. It gets rid of the colour and especially the pain of bruises pretty reliably. Can recommend on a general basis (again, as always, check with a doctor or pharmacy technician)
Much appreciated 👊🏻New content going out on the members site here: www.sambarneslifestyle.co.uk/members but I'm looking to relaunch the channel over the next few months as well👌🏻
Well.. My top surgery went horrible wrong... Mine right chest got infected and my doctor didn't do anything about it.. After 21 days the stitches got opened😮... Like too much about 1 full finger length.. So i had to go through another surgery and had to deal with a lot...of...pain... And i didn't even knew what to do in this situation.. So please do a lot of research before you do it..

Great video! Simple and stright to the point. Well spoken. No crazy edits. Thanks man!
Thank you for this! I’m 7 weeks post op. When did the fluid go away in your chest? I have some too. Did you find that work outs helped with it?
thanks for this! love your content!

All sounds like common sense advice! I'm kind of an ectomorph, or I just tend to undereat, so I appreciate the tips about the fiber.
Ty!
we have the same haircut XD
