I'm getting much more than 3 applications out of a tube. My hair is 11" long and kinda thin. I've been using it on wet hair... if it's not wet enough it's hard to disperse as it kindov has a shampoo consistency. Yeah it's pretty mild. Informative to see how it works full strength!
Use on wet hair it really goes on smoothly.

The gloss is a nice kind of quick fix product for me, but the results don't last very long. After about 2-3 washes it was completely gone, but to be fair that's how long the product said it would last. So overall I am a fan if you just need a quick temporary product

whoa! Your hair color and tone look way better after using the L'Oreal product. So, I got the Le Color Gloss One Step in Platinum Pearl. I have not yet used it, but I plan to use it in June for an acting job I got where I'm playing an older woman. My hair is not dyed - it's naturally light blonde, sort of gold-blonde color. My intent for using this Platinum Pearl gloss is to actually lighten my hair color and make it look more white. I'm not trying to tone down brassiness, since it doesn't look brassy. Have you used the Platinum Pearl Gloss? If so, how did it look? Did you like the results? I'm trying to get an idea of how this will work in my hair before I use it. Thanks, Lauren!
Yes, I bought both. I bought the Lee Keller gloss one step toning gloss and I also bought a hair dye kit. Fiera advanced lightning system clear platinum blonde. I was wondering if I should use the L’Oreal Paris absolute platinum hide it first and then use the toner on my hair.
It’s a shampoo type rinse meant for someone who has grey or silver hair
Or bleached with highlights. Read the box.

You introduced it as a dye (a bleach). This is a TONER, much less peroxide %. And should eventually fade out and the yellows that you don’t want may be the sign to redo. Meant for grey hair.
So should I just use the Sierra absolute platinum lightning system instead of using both the hair dye kit Fiera and then using the Lee color gloss one step toning mark should I just leave alone and just try and dye my hair with the platinum absolute platinum one
What do I do if my roots came out brassy/orange? I'm impulsive and I want a quick fix. Thank you
It depends on how much brass there is and the level of the hair. If it's like carrot orange, I think that this product is going to be too subtle to notice a difference. But if its a high level with some brass, it might improve it, but mileage will vary greatly!

did it on freshly washed wet hair for 15 mins, just rinsed it off, turned my level 9 blonde GREEN!
It turned it green??? Omg! Did it fade out or go away after another wash?
it is still wet, i am waiting to see it dry, i have some pink i can add to conditioner to neutralize it, i just bleached it yesterday!

I have used this product on bleached hair and it doesn't do anything for me. If I have dyed or toned my hair it does work. Why is that?
Hmm, that's weird! I'm not sure why that would happen. Are you using it on freshly bleached hair? I know that with my hair, if I try to use any toning or color depositing products on my freshly bleached hair, it never takes to those spots. I usually have to wait a few days or until after another wash before coloring products will work on my hair. That's just how it works on my hair though.

It is the Two Tone Hair color treatment by Etude House in the color Ash Gray. It's a Korean hair product and I get it from either roseroseshop.com or sweetcorea.com
You have to bleach out the brass to get the silver color. This still looks brassy blonde. Less brass but still brass blonde.

It says wash your hair and apply to damp hair in the shower. I really don't want to hang out in the shower tht long, but I'll try it. I've been letting it grow out gray almost 3 years, but it's long and still has a lot of blond left. At least it's temp.
