21:00 Aw man I was hoping you'd include the priceless part where an angry caller declares that "This man does NOT have Tourette's" (as in he's faking it) and Dustin just quietly says "...see?"
His deadpan delivery was brilliant. In fact I don't think I've ever seen him laugh or even crack a grin, not as Goldust at least.
anytime i see black reign my mind instantly says "myah myah myah"
It’s true what he says. We will never forget the name.....
GOLDUST.
I'm super impressed by Zane's Goldust impression
"Dustin had all the DLC at this time." 😂😂😂💀💀💀
“Well, aren’t you?” has become a running gag among my friends
That intro is fire,Brian! Those quotes had me in stitches! You did a great impression of Golddusts voice
Brian, no lie you're pulling off the hairstyle from the into real well, 10/10 you gotta rock that more often
10:52 Ahmed Johnson taking out both of the Hardy Boyz still makes me laugh after all of these years.
One of the best reviews/retrospectives you’ve ever done. Bravo Brian! And we need more ZaneDust!
I've been a Goldust fan for years. He's never talked about enough, and I feel like he's vastly underrated.
I seem to be the only person who wasn't surprised that that AEW match was so good lol
His Royal Rumble 2002 return was EPIC. Such a loud crowd!
My Therapist: Zanedust isn't real, he can't hurt you.

Thank you Brian !! I have been waiting for YEARS for someone to Highlight the Great Career that Goldust Had. He is one of my favorite underused superstars of all time.
At first I thouggt that goldust and Dustin Rhodes were different people
IIRC in the moment I never realized that Dustin/Goldust OR Hall/Razor were respectively the same people until Years into their WWE Careers
- Goldust's 'flash' and the Natural's 'simplicity' could hardly have been any more distinct and
- as to Hall/Razor when last I'd seen him* he was in AWA (doing the cowboy thing) and sporting a Mustache that would have made Tom Selleck envious
* not entirely true... I'd seen him in WCW as Diamond Studd (and early in Razor's run that clicked... but it was several years before I realized 'they' were AWA's Scott Hall
This intro is a billion times better than everything ever else ever
Always found Goldust to be compelling. Glad Dustin is good within himself now having fought so many demons. 👍
Best part of this breakdown was the awkward sashaying around what should be offensive to which group and why.
He had imo one of the greatest wrestling themes and his promos and just his gimmick in general was way ahead of its time there will never be another goldust.
Thank you so much for the fun with Ahmed lines you threw in. Gotta love it. Juice makes sugar!
So goldust is only 51, to think we had been in wwe that long hes in amazing shape
The promos golddust did on taker were epic, So big So tall So Stiff!

Dude, where's my car?
Dude, where's my car? 2000.
Zanedust deserves an Oscar.
Goldust left and came back to WWE almost as many times as the Big Show went face to heel to face.
Ok, hats off to you Zane, you nailed the Goldust parody! All the nightmares you brought back with those movie quotes though... haha
Anybody remember Goldust's time in TNA as "Black Reign"? 😂 He was so out of shape.
I hope Brian does a video on that.
@@comixproviderftw_02 Me too, it was quite the sight to see.
@Raymond Frand I will look it up.
GREAT VIDEO. One of my Favorite Wrestlers ever. This was so good, I'd love to see it in a Long Form Documentary. Really Well Done Brian
WWE should've pushed goldust more and gave him some title runs
Did anyone else notice that the group that supposedly sponsored the "born again" segments has the acronym "EAT ME"?
i think goldust works so well as a character because homoerotic element adds so much to his creepy vibe. in hindsight, the wwf may have gone overboard with the sexuality of the persona, but on the scale of "scary characters you dont want to mess with" gold dust is one of the only few who was able to make it work.
Thaaaaaaaat intro gave me chills. That was so ON POINT!
Loved Goldust when he came out, made for good tv. The “formerly” run was awful but he’s always been a solid guy that never got taken care of. He could easily have been a top contender in the attitude era if they booked him better. Think of Austin or Rock in serious fueds with him.
The impersonation as far as movement, facial tweaks and speech patterns are absolutely perfect 😂😂😂
Y'know, in hindsight it's fitting that Goldust was drawn to Razor Ramon - remember what Hall based the character off of.
We NEED more Zanedust!!!!!
Thank you for that. That was awesome, especially The Room quote.
Zanedust needs to be a recurring character in future episodes.
And I just learned something today. Goldust dawned a blackface gimmick. Good thing that happened years before the term "woke" was used in a different meaning.
So did Roddy Piper.
I see what you did there with the intro...kudos sir. You truly know your Goldust promos.
