From TCM's Noir Alley (Saturdays at Midnight ET and Sunday 10am ET) hosted by the Czar of Noir, Eddie Muller.
Fun fact, most of the 3D movies of the 50's came from a single year, 1953. The craze started in November 1952 with Bwana Devil, and that caused a huge surge in 3d movie production. But by the end of 53, the gild was off the lily.
I like this Movie , had recommended this movie 9-10 years ago to a family member .🎭🎥⭐️ I always tune in when it comes on TV.📺😍
Watched it when it aired and it was really good and a inspiration to other noir's that were about hollywood: the idol which was the music industry and get shorty which is about a loan shark gangster getting in the movie business which was based on the elmore leonard novel and brian de palma's body double and molhalland drive by david lynch both neo noir's about corruption, moral ambiguity and murder as well how dark it is in hollywood...

Would love a change of scenery. I know u still have to shoot in the bar but in my opinion it would be really cool is u could be bundled up in a booth. Love your intros no matter what the backdrop is
Definitely not a fan of Palance but thanks to the indomitable Eddie Muller's description here, I'm going to invest in the DVD. You bet. BTW you might want to try Palance in 'Bagdad Cafe (1988)'. He did a wonderful job, could change your take on him.

No one covers Noir like Eddie. Also I do like Palance. Not a "great" looking guy, but mean looking alright
Tcm has gone down hill since Robert Osbourne passing. Too many 80s and 90s “classic” films. I go UA-cam for my classics now. Sad for me.
But "Noir Alley" hosted by Eddie Muller from whence these Intros & Outros are taken is surely right up your street? Have you watched it? I would watch every week if I had TCM!
'80's and '90's films are now classics. We, like the films, are getting older.
