    So… I just had brain surgery, acoustic neuroma, it’s the best of the worst when it comes to brain tumors being removed.
    I found your channel, and am loving it. I just want to feel pretty, I watched your jones road video, ordered some , it was here when I came home from the hospital. It’s so nice, I don’t have to be precise when applying it and it just makes me feel a bit like a normal person.
    I don’t have a lot to do but lay around and recover, your videos are making me happy, thanks so much for your beautiful videos. Look forward to trying more easy products. BTW my visitors have been telling me how good I look. It’s definitely the jones road. Thanks again

I’ve got a black tie wedding next weekend, and wanted to make sure my makeup lasted ,especially my blush , and I can assure you THIS BLUSH will not budge along with being absolutely GORGEOUS!! 👌I swatched it on my arm with a BK 106 , and needed my Elemis naked cleansing balm to marinate on it , and then liberally rub it off !!

    Hi Lisa, the Danessa Myrick blending balm is so good for the oily t-zone. I apply my makeup and then put the translucent blending balm over the t-zone. That way I can use any foundation and it keeps the t-zone matte. Love your informative videos.

    Hi Lisa, I have been using vegamour and I love it! I definitely see a difference in my hair I use the gummies and the serum as well as their anti age line which helps with gray hairs. It’s pricey but what I have been doing is alternating between the two. I haven’t tried their shampoo/condition or mask yet but I definitely want too. You have to be consistent with the product to see a difference.

    • @daynad8104
      @daynad8104 Рік тому

      Beth, mineral sunscreens & mineral makeup, have two completely different types of of ingredients. Mineral sunscreens typically have a zinc oxide base. Sometimes it's mixed with titanium dioxide. It's much better for your skin than a chemical sunscreen, as many of those have been found to contain cancer causing ingredients.
      Mineral makeup typically doesn't contain zinc oxide, if it does, it's way down on the ingredient deck. The makeup tends to have a lot more ingredients in, including bismuth, which many people seem to have issues with. Just because you can't wear the makeup, doesn't mean you automatically can't wear mineral sunscreen. You just have to find one you like. It's worth doing some research into.

Lisa when I do my face I do my eyeshadow first,moisturizer, primer,illuminator,foundation.blush, powder, then a powdered highlighter from like Tarte.I do my eyeshadow first because it flakes into my foundation.I know it's personal preference for each individual.I bought the No 7 powder from Target and I love it sooo much.However when do I use the No 7?After my blush or before my blush?I tried both it seems if I use the No 7 after my face is finished it blurs my blush?What is best when using No 7?I know I can always redo my blush.

Oh and I have 40-50yr old skin, I use brushes for application, very rarely I use a sponge and only deep wrinkles in my smile lines and you know around the mouth area and I have semi deep 11’s on my for head. I love the danessa myricks beauty oil. Use a small amount all over the face and then go in with foundation. With mature skin id recommend going in small amounts and using a big stippling brush 🥰🥰 hope this helps!

      I actually have only tried the Jane Iredale powder foundation and the hydropure serum. The Danessa Myricks Blurring Balm is light to medium coverage and blurs the skin and stays matte all day.
