It should go for womens clothes too, men have uniform sizing, but for women it could be just about anything regardless of how the size is labeled.

it would be SO helpful and make it possible to buy online. Right now I just can’t buy foundation online for this reason. I am a light neutral, and it’s really hard to find one that isn’t too yellow.

Lisa what I appreciate most about this video is not the makeup that you tried, it's your composure throughout the entire video. Even with foundation and concealer shades that were too light and the unintentional heavy application of the liquid shadow you just moved through everything so gracefully and with such a calm demeanor.I probably would have stopped the video and washed everything off but you kept on. Great job!
I love the Revlon foundation as well. I do build up a bit - two pumps - so it stays ‘wet’ for a bit but that doesn’t bother me. I am 53 with dry mature skin and it does not feel dry later in the day. Thank you for this video!
I always enjoy watching a drugstore video it just shows you that drugstore makeup has improved alot
It is a new foundation and I absolutely love it. I have dry mature skin and most foundation gets very flaky on me even after exfoliation. This one definitely does not! Another nice thing is that if you get it in the drugstore it will tell you if it is a neutral, cool, or warm undertone foundation. I really love that I think it helps take some of the guesswork out.
My 8yr old daughter Literally just fell asleep next to me while I was watching this video. She loves makeup as much as me. It’s so much fun letting her do my makeup too! It’s such an expression of art for her :)

I can't understand why brands don't at least have a match chart for their products like if I know my colorstay shade I should be able to see what other foundations or even concealers / powders match across their other products. Would be so simple and so helpful!

The Revlon foundation is a new fave of mine. I’m a die hard LaMer soft fluid fan, but this is the best I’ve found (luxury, high end or drug store) besides the LaMer.

Gorgeous look! A foundation too light or even too dark can always be adjusted with the other face products. I have a WNW liquid shadow & that same Milani shadow - they’re pigmented & long lasting, love ‘em!!❣️👍

Your skin is so beautiful you don’t need foundation at all! I love this Revlon Luminance foundation. I have dry mature skin and this is one that doesn’t dry out on me by the end of the day. LOVE it! Thanks for the review!

Yes it is new foundation, they had the Revlon Color stay for many many years, but this one has skin benefits . The old one was a favorite for many many years.
I really like the foundation. Fortunately, I picked the right shade (not sure how!??!) but it blends so well. It has squalaine (sp?) in it, too...which impressed me. Thanks Lisa! Love your reviews! They seem a bit more honest than some other "influencers" which is fantastic!

It's a very good point that some products lend themselves to certain tools, and it's not necessarily the person's fault or the product's that it isn't working out... While of course quality is a factor as well as technique, it's important to remember there is a correct brush/ tool fur the job. 😉 Don't give up! You're beautiful. 🥰

The Angie 506 concealer brush is my absolute fav - love the other BKbeauty 101 and 108, but I don't use foundation or powder every day, but I DO use concealer.

I love that cream Sol Bronzer. It smells like coconut. It is a favorite cream bronzer. I may try that Flower Beauty concealer. I was nervous to try it because it had mixed reviews. Thanks for the video with more affordable products!
I loved this video and bought the foundation. Holy wow!! You know when it comes to foundation you’ve never let me down. This foundation was perfect. The only other one I feel that way about is Pat McGrath and the Atelier that I wore for my wedding.

Hi Lisa, I need some advice iam 54 and have dry skin and am looking for a good concealer that has coverage but not drying everything time I go to used concealer it ends up very bad where I end up being frustrated then taking it all off

Hi Lisa. If you are looking for a fabulous drugstore foundation , Elf has re-released their satin finish foundation. It's now in a pump bottle. It's beautiful.
And another great drugstore concealer is the Covergirl Simply Ageless Triple Action Concealer. Beautiful, light finish.
The Flower Beauty concealer looks gorgeous on you, even though it's too light.
I think Kate will follow in her mommy's footsteps. You have a makeup artist in training. The Wet N Wild liquid eyeshadow is beautiful. Definitely will have to grab it.

Love the new suede lip stick from m Revlon…I just think for comfort, a little lip balm under for less dry lips….
Took me two tries to get the right shade. I wish it had more longevity because it is really pretty.

I got the shade 217 and it was too dark. I need to go down a shade. It does have a funky smell coming out of the bottle but the smell goes away. For me, it's just a light coverage. I tried two layers but still looked like light coverage but I do like it. It makes my skin look oily (I don't use powders) but it still looks better on me than Charlotte Tilbury, Loreal, Almay, Cover girl, Clinique, and Lancome. Yep! It beat out all those other foundations for a natural finish - not makeup-ey. I'll keep using this, for sure. My forehead looked really oily but it didn't look all broken up.

I would love to see you do a video doing your eyes in that Milani Eyeshadow pallet. I have recently allowed my hair to go completely natural which is now a silvery gray color and am searching for the best colors for my face now that my hair has gone natural instead of blonde as I use to color it. (Also a day vs night look it these shadows).
I actually have and love that foundation! You and I are pretty much the same shade in foundations and I got shade 301 cool beige which matches pretty good☺️. Fun video❤

Hi! Love your videos. I need help! My nose never gets good coverage when I wear makeup. I don’t always use a primer. I have combination skin and can get oily on the nose but not too bad. I always use setting powder and spray. What can I do to get better coverage there?

I’m so glad I found your UA-cam Channel ❤. (I think I found you from Michelle Wang’s channel!?). You are an fantastic makeup artist and I love how talented and knowledgeable you are! It’s great to just watch and listen to you explain all the steps. It’s like having my very own personal makeup artist giving me lessons without all the other life dramas you get from others. I don’t mind it from makeup/lifestyle vloggers but, sometimes I just want to know about new (to me) products and how to apply them correctly!

@@lisajmakeup Absolutely 💯 LOVE 💕 the Travel set!! This is my very first time using a brush (BK Beauty 101) to apply foundation. I’ve always used the Beauty Blender Sponge since it first came out and before that wedges. So far, I love all of brushes for the eyes, etc. I’m not sure 🤔 how hard to press the 101 when spreading and buffing liquid foundation. But, I’m sure I can watch some of your older UA-cam videos for help!! Thank you 😊 so much ♥️

Not drugstore but the Saie Sun Melt cream bronzer is absolutely gorgeous in shade fair bronze. Very natural looking and spreads like a dream. The brow wax invention misses the mark for those of us with sparse/non-existent brows. We don't need a product like that. The mascara looks nice, but I think I'm the only person on the planet that doesn't like Essence mascara. (They're too dry for my liking.). Nice lippie.

"I can't get over how white I look".....Lol. Welcome to my life!! I'm going to try this new foundation and will even try that shade (Buff Beige), but I'd lay money that it will look like a tan on me. Never say never though. It might be fine!
My sister got me that revlon foundation in America as im in the uk. It looked so dark in target but its super pale when pumped out

I like the foundation but you’re right the shades are too light for you most likely need the 300 range and tan shade is too orange

Hi, Lisa - can you comment on how the mascara held up for the day? I’ve seen glowing reviews that turned out poor because of raccoon smears later in the day and wondered if it happened for you? Even noticed that comment for the waterproof version, which is what I usually go for due to leaky allergy eyes. 👀😁 The overall look came together so pretty, and I’m going to remember that bronzer trick for too-light foundation in the summer! I just self-tanned my legs yesterday, too! lol
