This is goal build for my k24a2 dc2! I basically have the most stock setup you could imagine with a 5speed and kpro that's about it stock everything but planning on going 6speed lsd and turbo one of these days
how is it making 380whp at 8psi on gt3076r ?? compressor map shows max lb/min at 8pi is just 40-42 lb/min , after that its off the chart into over-rev. thats at 8000rpm. this is amazing by the way. it just eludes me.
@neptuneatlantic4883 k24A2 motor. I was told later on it made 450whp but can't remember boost levels. I sold the car to a friend of mine out in Texas. I miss the car so much but turned into a headache with small issues that I did not get resolved at place where it was worked on. Lot of miscommunication and errors and wasted money but it's all part of the learning curve! 🤙
dope build and it sounds amazing :D , i have a K24A2 swapped rsx myself and am thinking about going turbo but not sure about how much boost the internals can handle safely for a daily used car planning on hitting close to 400 any advice or suggestions ?
They will handle 400whp all day long. I sold the car to a friend of mine who had a few things done and it's around 430whp now on 11lbs of boost. They are stout and can take a beating when done right 🙌
@@dravidianking1298 yeah I have no idea. I sold the car a while ago to a friend of mine in Texas. He's done a ton more to it. Next will be sleeved block and rod/piston. He wants about 700whp or so out of it. The car is progressing very nicely 👌

Leave the 5 speed in! They have thicker gears so they are little more sturdy. But yes on the turbo. Can't go wrong!

Those are made by ESR. I can't remember the stats but they are 18" double lip setup. 👍👍

Small turbo for a k24a2 but I guess there will be no lag.
It is a small turbo but it kicks in around 3400 rpm so it's super snappy. New owner got it retuned and made 400whp at 8lbs now.
