How to make an organic foil balloon garland

Hey guys in this video my client did not want to use any latex ballons in this garland so we had to improvise and make a garland only using foil balloons. I included my tips and secrets like how to make diy mini balloon weights and how to seal foil balloons so the would last longer.

-Home Depot 1-2-in-13 Galvanized Hex Nut
-Blue mesh tulle from Walmart

- SATIN LX STAR WHITE 18 "1/10 -PEARL LIGHT BLUE STAR 9" 1/25 -PEARL LIGHT BLUE STAR 20 ” 1/5 -CRYSTAL CLEARZ BLUE 18” 1 / 5 -CRYSTAL CLEARZ BLUE 10 ” 1/10
-Balloons from “Lauderdale paper and balloon company”
-diamond clear 160 from Qualatex
-Crystal clear Gorilla tape
-3m blue masking tape
-damage free hanging hooks from command brand
- fishing line 30LB
-mounting bases from the company commercial electric
