Small is better than nothing. (Be grateful and humble when God is providing free shelter). Danny please go back and see after people have moved in, show us how many planted a garden and keeping that tiny home community clean. Thanks for showing us our beautiful Guyana. 🙏
Will revisit next year. It’s a great initiative getting the squatters a place to call home. But the land too small. Later if the people want to extend the house it might be a problem
Small minds think like you. The average Guyanese will live like shit while the foreigners will make them feel inferior. Many house cleaning jobs will be available to pay for your mini, mini fowl coop.
@@ITSOURLIFEARD they can, hopefully, put a second story if they want to have more room in the future. This tiny house certainly is much better than a tiny apartment in a high rise building
If there getting FREE shelter why give them more land . The less space is better because now you can put another row of more shelters . And from the looks of your video . Thats very much enough space for a garden either front, side or back . If the ppl that are going live there want more land , then tell them work harder and move out to a bigger space of there choosen . These shelters shouldn't be something you want to make as a permeant resident for generations, its a stepping stone the government has given for you to better and forward your life and if your not going to do that and just want to live and stay . Then the government did the right thing for them by given them the smallest home as possible @@ITSOURLIFEARD
Thank you. this was not a little tour, it was a very big tour. we now need google map to drive around Guyana. I do not think I know my way to the airport anymore.
I am so happy for these having somewhere to stay, I am proud to see great development and Guyana is being recognized around the world, love you and family denny. God bless you, alway stay safe,
Hi Singer and Family blessings and favors. Thank u again for an outstanding vlog as usually. Having lunch while watching your vlog. Bless up stay safe❤
Mr Danny you are doing a great job bye show caseing Guyana 🇬🇾 yes indeed it's 2small those houses and lots Guyana have lots of Venezuela 🇻🇪 people's living there government should give them jobs 😀 to do construction 🚧 ect
Guyana is beautiful thanks for showing us our beautiful country for some of us that leave Guyana for a long time and did not know how things are progressing keep up the good work god bless
Oh wow big development in our beautiful country Guyana 🇬🇾 thank you for sharing regardless of how people are talking and bashing Guyana 🇬🇾 our country is still shining god blessed our beautiful Guyana 🇬🇾 🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾
Brother you definitely changed my mind about Guyana. This place is amazing with all of the developments. I must commend minister Bishop Edgehill for the amazing work that he's doing with the road.
HAHAHAHAHA you must be a relative of the fishup Bishop, everyday yr family fighting with them clueless contractors he hire, roads falling apart daily, hey some Guyanese are really dotish......
Thank you Denny- All I hope for that the Indigenous Community’s will be part this transformation. I know the government focusing on transformation and Infrastructure. They also to need focus on training the poor people as well so they can thrive. That will definitely bridge the gap between the rich and poor. Great video.
shouldnt be too difficult right, population only 800,000 and all these houses built new, we should see real journeys and documentation of poor poeple moving into these new houses right?
One day when you get older. You will understand the word “commonwealth”. 😅😊 because you expect that dry cold rock to mind itself. Like mango trees grow there. all that mouth; ah we have to feed that dat. Guyana wealth is common…. But it’s not her call. Equatorial Guinea has 1.5 million people and is OPEC nation with billions in revenue = dirt poor. Ask Africa Natural resources and extreme wealth is not 1st world. The ability to say no. And defend it is
Hey Danny Boy, thank you so much for the enlightenment. Those houses are so cute😊. They are like little vacation cabins in a cottage area. That size backyard is normal here in Ontario so don't stress yourself about it too much. Hopefully they can do something similar for the poor people in the remote country areas in the broken-down shacks. 🙏
Good afternoon ARD AND FAMILY'S so beautiful to see how they help people in Guyana to have a roof over FAMILY'S head. Keep showing us great adventures and how can life get better than this 😊😊❤
I saw those houses when in was Guyana and I absolutely agree more could've been done! It's extremely small, what about people with kids, no space to play in the yard, no place to plant a garden. I'm disappointed in housing.
Those houses are so nice. I love the design and look of them and for people who don't have anything I think thats a great thing the government is doing. I think people should be grateful, those houses look like nice bachelor pads
yeah only 800,000 guyanese, need real evidence of people getting these houses, getting the keys, i could see some of the UK settled guyanese coming back very soon as uk economy nose dived.
It's crazy how we are making the same mistakes as other countries. Instead giving out free housing open trade programs teach ppl skills that are up to world standards bring qualified city planners to build propper things
That is a housing project for chickens. And you're right, more could've been done. They moved the poor people from jigsaw shack to a painted shack in which the materials used will make it feel like an oven.
One more thing they need to see about is the cost of living everything is so expensive ppl who don’t have money is suffering. It’s hard. The country have less than a million people it shouldn’t be hard for them.
I’m just worried about when it rains, real heavy rain what will happen. In NYC they have huge projects & maintenance don’t do a good job so I’m curious to see how this will go
Did you know about the new bridge that takes you from Diamond/Grove Scheme straight over to old grove that leads almost to the end of grove into craig but you have to access it through the !st bridge
Danny u never give people huge lots for low income housing , and I think u should have found out the lot size first before assuming the size. Love ur show tremendously thou keep it up
I hope Guyana doesn't make the mistake like Trinidad and Tobago where they build Maga projects and there is no maintenance. And some projects when to people who can't pay for them money that can't come back.
its looking developed, now guyanese need to focus on restorative justice, bring crime down to zero, guyanese start being nice to eachother, invest in the best education and start attracting heavy investment - open up visitor visas.
What about the distribution of land in Guyana. Can every citizen apply for a free piece of land just like here in Suriname, or is the government selling plots to the people for reasonables prices?
this is better than homelessness and at least they were provided indoors plumbing. let the beneficiaries of these houses become productive and find ways to improve their lives alll can't just be handed to them.
Sound like a true Guyanaese. The more you get, the more you want. We should be happy for what is given for free. Would you guarantee that everyone would use their yard to plant? Secondly, shouldn't additional space be used for more houses for other people? Because there are a lot of homeless people in Guyana. The increse land that you're asking for to be given to each additional house could be put together for professional farming, where they can work on
People have to get jobs and work, then pay off for their homes! What you expect them to get free handouts? Tell me what country does that? Utter nonsense some of you people brew up in your minds!
Thanks for sharing beautiful homes and all ,but the average Guyanese can they afford to rent or buy?The prices of these homes are based on folks returning home to live. Many of us would love to do so .Please concentrate on the roads.🤨🤨
It is not too late for the PPPC government to correct the size of land issue. All they have to do is to relocate the house that is built in the middle of 2 houses to create more land space for the people. We are thankful to the PPPC government for spending some of the Guyanese taxpayers money back on them by providing their starter homes for them. But without adequate land space, the people cannot develop and prosper, to become better citizens and taxpayers. If the government of Guyana can give away Guyanese land to foreign companies and countries, then they can give a decent piece of land to our people because charity begins at home.
it would have been more aesthetically pleasing and cost effective had the built town homes tighter together. Too much land is wasted for the tiny home concept.
If you look at Jamaica an Island with out oil, just tourism, bauxite you will be amaze at their housing projects far more superior to Guyana housing projects, when you have politicians who just want to say they are doing good for the country and it's citizens by building flimsy homes, roads that don't last for more than 6 months, and you have some folks jumping up with glee i have to feel sorry for the citizens, if only they could travel outside of Guyana and see how roads are built, how homes are built, they would have a different take on the developments taking place in Guyana......
What a foolish comment! Don’t compare Jamaica to Guyana right now. Guyana is just getting started, there is still a WHOLE LOT of work that is yet to be done. Don’t fool yourself and think this is the final product. I went to Jamaica and the only fancy highway they have is the one the Chinese recently built. Just wait a few more years and you’ll see… People like you have nothing better to do but to be negative, what a shame.. Maybe educate yourself a little more of what is in store for this country and you’ll realize where this country is heading. You must be a PNC supporter..

Hello to the ARD team

Yes the interior villages need this also.
Wow Guyana is growing lots of new homes 🏡 , they should build the house high not so low and make affordable housing for the poor people.🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
shouldnt be too difficult right, population only 800,000 and all these houses built new, we should see real journeys and documentation of poor poeple moving into these new houses right?

The great amounts of natural resources and wealth, Guyana should be considered a first world country

I’ve been looking for land to buy in Guyana for years. I’ve applied too. It’s tough to find affordable land in Guyana.

Amazing how Guyana is developing it's infraestructura so quickly. Infrastructural improvements are comparable to China in terms of speed
Agreed, allow the people to put in their labor to build their house if they don't have money to buy it..
Govt should be giving home loans interest free to poor working Guyanese@@SabrinaMahatoo-kf7zk
I love❤❤❤❤❤ my Guyana I will have to come back to to visit Guyana
I agree they need a garden to plant their food and raise chickens, food is expensive
Tiny house nation. It’s good. They can plant veggies in drums. 👍🏾
Beautiful
Oh my gosh for an oil rich country is this the best that can be given to the people
Watched and liked
They need to build bicycle lanes…to advantage of the development
Wow There are really Beautiful Houses in Guyana I didn't go to Guyana in 34 Years
I agree with you, more could have been done
