Seeing Minecraft with nice shaders always makes me want recommend checking out another Minecraft style game called Vintage Story. It's kind of like Minecraft with more realism, not just in the graphics but in the crafting interactions and survival mechanisms too, so it really is able to stand as it's own thing and not just feel like a clone.
Hey, big fan of the Pixel Paradise series. I dont know if you have heard of Primes HD Texture pack, but I recommend giving it a look. It is still my favorite vanilla minecraft texture pack to date.

The glowing plant thingy in the cave is a glow lichen! and yeah u can collect them with shears :)
