Well researched and superbly well narrated vlog which is highly commendable . You have established your self as a first-rate video-journalist and your vlogs are praiseworthy both for their range of content and accuracy . I hope and pray that your popularity may grow by the day and that you may garner a large following ,Ameen ! Because of your proven abilities and skills at making highly authentic videos/vlogs , may I suggest that you may consider doing a piece about “old” Quetta , the heterogenous society that existed in post-partition days . There were Chinese who had their own hockey club , known as the “Hornets Club”. There were many Anglo Indian / Britishers in the police department , such as Mr Webb , Mr Farnon , Mr Young , the Brook brothers , one of whom served as an SSP Pishin right up til 80’s . There were Anglo-Indian/British officers and even drivers in the Railways like Mr Barnett , Mr Callahan , Mr Mann and others .The Catholic Nuns and Priests who dedicated their lives to educating the children in this remote town . There were many Anglo -Indian families and Chinese families living in flats/apartments next to Regal Cinema owned by the Markers . There were the famous culinary land marks like Cafe Stanley owned by the Braganza family , and the Sousa’s Restaurant. The Iranian owned restaurants and cafe’s that gave Quetta a ‘restaurant culture” where friends congregated for evening tea at Cafe Dawn , Regal , Firdausi and Cafe Farah . Many outstanding Parsi families and individuals , like the Markers , the Patels , Mr Mehta the owner of Lourde’s Hotel . The Ali Bhouy’s , the Moosa ji’s . The great writers and dramatists ,like Manzoor Bukhari , Mehshar Rasool Nagri ,Mahir Afghani , Jamil Malik . Quetta then was a cosmopolitan oasis , with a a highly tolerant society and culture that was Quetta’s unique identity . The memory of those tolerant and open minded days need to be carefully conserved for which you have the competence and skills and are most eminently qualified to achieve , with God’s help InshAllah .
