To the star in the video: your luminosity is how fast you fuse elements, lower luminosity means slower fusion, higher luminosity means faster fusion. Your luminosity was around 750,000 as you said. That’s very quick fusion.

Physic works on strange way, according to human logic, more mass equal more fuel, more fuel equal burn longer. But stars with more mass die far sooner than lower mass stars.
The reason behind this is because bigger stars have much more mass, and their atoms are packed much tighter than what something of a M-Type star would be. Basically, the gravity of the O-Type star causes the hydrogen to pack up and heat up a massive amount, producing a substantial amount of fusion. M-Type stars however, they have a lesser gravitational strength, to the point that their hydrogen and helium aren't actually separated into layers, but rather that they're flowing with each other, causing a slower fusion. Because of their mass and gravity.
A star just needs a technologically advanced species to lift out all its heavier elememts for industry, allowing for its plasma to be more homeogenous. Should extends the stars life indefinately

I think when a star starts producing Fe (iron) at its core, it becomes a black hole almost instantly 🕳
