- Nouman Ali Khan has violated many principles in Islam.
This is not a personal attack on him, but rather a refutation and advice to the people to be aware of his mistakes.
I ask Allah to guide him and bring him back to the right path.

I used to listen to NAK ALOT , like ALOT ALOT, but then stopped after i learned proper beneficial knowledge
I think the problem with NAK is that he sits and learns from every innovator and it made him what he is today . May Allah actually guide him.
Nouman Ali Khan is living in the west, so yeah, the disbelievers style has gotten to him, wearing jacket, giving da'wah like a Christian Priest, too busy pleasing the audience, loves to make fun of Islamic teachings.
The real Islamic scholars are like Sheikh Shalih Al Fawzan (hafidzahullah), they don't joke around and don't care about pleasing the audience, always straight to the point and ittiba'.
Just follow the Salafi brothers like Abu Khadeejah, Hasan As Somali, Oemar Quinn, 'Abdulilah Lahmami (hafidzahullah).

People are taking things out of context. For example his stance about nazr. I watched the whole video and didn't hear him saying anything bad or un-Islamic.
Maybe just maybe, it will be wiser to correct him personally in private than beat him publicly like this. It's kinda sad that we're look like we're fighting each other (again)
He was often advised privately, for example by Abu Mussab and he did not change or anything. Adding to this Nouman Ali Khan does this openly so he can be advised and refuted openly because his deviance misguided him and many muslims with him
It's just my opinion, from a person that doesn't have fancy education or a good source of knowledge, from a person that doesn't understand Arabic whatsoever, from the person that doesn't know anything about the Qur'an, I think he is doing a good job to awaken my curiosity towards the Qur'an and make me want to learn more about the Qur'an in their own language. I think he helps a lot of people like me who were far away from the Qur'an to be closer to the Qur'an. Please I beg you o people of knowledge, please don't fight each other like this

It's because he's a public figure and that misguidance has been spreading publicly, therfore it should be warned against publicly. The aim is never NAK himself, it's to have the same ummah you mentioned be on the straight path. It's never personal.

My God this is a lie. He emphasises a lot about the attributes of Allah. He is so careful about it. And maybe you people are just not digesting his success. About evil eye he said that people are giving too much importance to evil eye, it is not the only thing.
Except this is not a lie. I stopped listening to NAK way before stumbling upon videos refuting him.
My biggest red flag about him is how he openly mocks the Companions, the Tabi3in and the scholars. Especially scholars who do not align with him. Especially scholars who are long gone like At-Tabari & Abu Hanifah. He won’t often name them but sometimes he will like with At-Tabari, he will minimize them and minimize their work.
This is not the way of the scholars.
At some point, I stopped caring about him and how nice he is. If he gave me 30 nice things and one poisonous apple in between; it was gonna make everything else rotten.
Who cares where Allāh is? Who cares about niyyah? Music is not haram.
These are all things he said and mocked people who advised him against it.
I used to believe he was genuine. But the way is sarcastically makes fun of people advising him and mocks old scholars. I pulled out.
There are scholars he made fun who taught the ENTIRE religion to generations upon generations for free, they didn’t get a single dime for it. Then he goes mocking their work and charging 30$+ for a half baked explanation of a single surah and inside his explanation he takes a bit from here, a bit from what the Bible says, what the Jews say, what this obscure guy he won’t even name say.
What is this? He will twist you in a way you won’t ever appreciate the beauty of Islam for what it really is. You will think religion is all about feeling good and being at peace and smiling and life is nice. Religion is a serious matter and he just doesn’t take it seriously in his acts despite everything he says.
May Allāh guide him and us.
Be wary brother. This deen is your only valuable asset on Judgement Day, be very very very cautious about whom you take it from. It is corrupt scholars that say whatever they want when they explain the religion that destroyed the Jews & the Christians. So let’s not follow their path.

It is interesting that in the new video uploaded on Bayyinah TV, he proudly calls himself a Hanafi and states how unfortunately many people aren't able to appreciate his work and knowledge and how overshadowed his genius is. Incidentally these days in the thematic overview of the Quran, the crux of his lectures center around how people should be reasonable and not just act upon feeling. And his reverence for the companions of the Prophet SAW is unmatched. I request you stop watching snippets from UA-cam and see the whole picture. Jazakallah Khair.

NAK has other bigger issues.He believes aqeeda isn’t important.He mocked the matter that people should do all good deeds only for the sake of Allah.
These 2 are the biggest issue of Islam and he rejects both.

Misinterpreting the Quran, belittling the scholars,and discouraging people from the books of scholars and the list goes on.

What NAK did and does for many people would not be possible even with 1 million Salafi sheikhs, (this is not a criticism, it is a fact) but I understand the purpose of the criticism, unfortunately I can neither agree nor disagree. Affected millions of people, through him Allāh guided millions, he was the founder of the Islamic university of madina which has had hundreds of thousands of students, students who were taught authentic Islamic knowledge.
This is just 1-2 achievements of the Shaykh Ibn Baz, he has done a lot.
So just to make this short, your statement is wrong and you should retract it and infact repent, because you told a lie.

Your lying. Look at what ibn Taymiyyah as just one Salafi scholar did. Over the last 800 years, billions of muslims have benefitted from him and he's helped shape empires such as the Ottomans (In their early days). and read about how he helped the muslim armies as they went to fight the mongols and won.
And if you want a present day example, look at shaykh muqbil. He establish a center by himself in Yemen and it has produced thousands of students of knowledge who went back to their people and continue to benefit til today.
How many students of knowledge has NAK produced? Not even one. He likes to teach arabic right? How many people did he teach the alfiyah of ibn Malik (a famous mid to low level book of arabic grammar)? I doubt he's even studied it. Just because millions of people watched his videos is an illusion.

I first studied Islam with him at his institute and his main issue is that he takes from MAJOR deviants (past and present). This is my opinion but I think he and his associates (like YQ) either dont truly believe in the Sunnah (bc they reject so many sahih ahadith) or they are trying to bring a new deviant way of understanding the Sunnah.
YQ has an agenda (I know this from an inside source) but NAK I think he is just too influenced by the wrong people so he is very dangerous too

Asalamualaikum please make a video like this for Yasir Qadhi. He lives here in Texas with us and repeatedly spreads contradictions to usool as Sunnah. One of my brothers started listening to him and he started becoming more agnostic and I was so shocked because I kept telling him not to listen to Yasir Qadhi. Please do it, I ask Allah to reward you heavily in this world and the next if you do so explaining the aqeedqh principles he violates. JazakAllahu khairan ya Ustadh

Having listened to qadhi, he always bases his arguments on the various schools of thought. He advises viewers to choose that applies to them about matters that are grey. He also advises them to listen to their scholars in their countries and context. The US is different from Yemen, Arabia or Indonesia, so better to listen to the scholars there regarding grey areas. Listening to NAK, he uses the attributes of Allah on a constant basis. Perhaps he may have a different understanding of some concepts, but the methodology used here i dont think is perfect. Allahs knows best and may he guide us all where we falter and communicate to each other respectfully to enrich Iman.

Quran allows you to fight or protest against those who fight against you, your beliefs and Islamic rights.

The Salaf had their Iman and understanding of God based on their culture, language and intellect at the time. Any learned man can pick up any device with a screen and read the Quran and cross reference Hadith and other explanations and come up with solutions on their own. You don’t need a scholar to tell you his opinion and how he understands God.
We don’t want our Deen turned into Catholicism and how they control and feed people knowledge of God.
Every man’s journey towards Allah and truth is different because we are all made different.

It’s a manipulative statement about NAK, that was totally different statement what @nouman ali khan Nouman Ali Khan has said about music and he also mentioned that it his view he has never forced or declared his views on anyone he don’t even call himself a scholar, he always say that he is a student of Quran he is learning Quran and sharing his learnings and he wants others to do the same. What a deviant. Aqeedah literally means to believe what Allah and His messenger told us to believe and to disbelieve in what Allah and His messenger to us to disbelieve in. It doesn't matter if the exact word is used the Qur'an because the definition is all over the Qur'an.

(just speaking from the point of view of someone who listened to a bunch of NAK analysis) he brings up Allah being above us. He brings up music not from the point of view that it is halal but from the point of view that people tend to be convinced of things being haram without definite daleel so like if a scholar argues music is haram sure but if a random 18 year old is haram policing without understanding the matter him/herself he has a problem with that attitude. Cant speak for the rest. lets not compare anyone to a rapist. Allah knows best.

It's like i can choose between 4 harakt madd and 2 harakat madd except in this case in riwayah differences tend to be vowel changes. For example in surah rahman there's a verse in riwayah shoaba that can be recited with kasra or fatha, but in hafs it's read with only fatha. This topic is more complex for me so I'd recommend finding more specialized resources. It's like going to the dentist when you're supposed to go to the orthodontist.

The Prophet ﷺ spoke the Quran and also spoke the Sunnah (the Hadith), so again this ayah is telling us to follow Hadith
3) O you who have believed, obey Allāh and obey the Messenger [4:59]
During the lifetime of The Prophet ﷺ, this Ayah means to obey the Prophet ﷺ. After the death of the Prophet ﷺ, it means to obey what remains, and what has been left behind by The Prophet ﷺ, which is his Hadith. We don't start rejecting Hadith just because we can't understand it properly. Hadith is Revelation from Allah (like I mentioned previously)
