  • I'd always thought that the cap of these tubes of fizzing orange drink tablets contained a moisture absorbing cement or something, so I decided to explore further....

When we found she had discovered and probably ingested some of the silica gell we panicked but after calling A&E it was deemed to be not overtly poisonous and after monitoring closely for 48 hours all seemed and continues to look ok. I bought a pack of DRYPACK dehumidifier (or something that looks similar) that suppose to keep the windshield clean inside during winter. It sucked itself so full of moist that when i removed it from the car the water was drippling down to the rubber car mat (and everywhere else). It seems some chemical had dissolved to that water since the water is greasy and just stubbornly stays on the mat instead of oozing away. It has been weeks since and i am still waiting the water droplets to disappear from the mat.
