  • Chris is homeless in London in Holloway for more than a year. He grew up in a Foster home and over time his mental health deteriorated which ended up making him homeless.

    Homelessness is a growing issue for the UK with more than 300,000 people living on the streets. Many of these people don't even make it onto the official figures.
    The Unseen is an organisation we set up to give Homeless people a platform to have their stories and their struggles heard. We also want everyday people to have an opportunity to understand what leads a person into being Homeless. We at the The Unseen believe that everybody has a responsibility to help the unfortunate.
    We want employers and regular people to support the homeless towards getting back into work and off the streets.
    We hope their stories can touch the hearts of many.
    Living on the street is no way to live.

    @2:49 "What gives you hope?"
    .
    (Answer) The sunrise, because it's the beginning of a brand new day.
    The death of hope is the setting of the sun on that day and the only thing that has changed is the scenery.

    Chris you come across as someone who is very wise and has lived a hard life. "that's life isn't it?". you said this a few times. I sincerely hope you get the help you need and can get off the street. Mental health issues so often play a big part in being homeless. Never give up and take something positive away from every day, no matter how small you think it may be. Negative thinking takes away your drive and confidence. You WILL get back into housing. God Bless you.

    Pls don't judge other people, when you want to share let just God judges. If u don't want your money is miss use by homeless, u can give them food or blankets or even your used clothes and even a smile means a lot for them. Prophet Muhammad puh said it's not moslem if u let your neighbor starving and you sleep with full stomach.
