  • Repentance is often abandoned because of the discomfort it can bring, but the saints remind us of the reality of Christ's peace for which we must strive.

Forgiving those around us works for the average everyday disgruntlements of life, but you should not forgive everything. Some things are beyond forgiveness, like genocide. You can't resurrect every dead person to be able to have them accept the apology of their persecutors. The time for forgiveness was lost. You can only pray for God to heal those who remain, and to have mercy on the descendants of genocidal regimes.
Saying you forgive a culture or nation that doesn't repent or admit its failings stops them from reflecting on their behavior, and allows them into deeper depravities. Turkey did not face consequence for their multiple genocides, and today continues persecution and depravity. Forgiving the unrepentant is casting pearls before swine. But should they come in contrition, even the most famous saints were at first cruel persecutors who found salvation.

And we see we are far from it….. amen, He is certainly working in you, and the battle is to not look at all the mess, but keep your eyes locked on Jesus and abide in Him and He will transform

We will always judge according to the flesh when we are operating from the carnal. But if the Life of Christ gains ground in us, we will see people through His eyes and not the old Adam. The old Adam will never be able to not judge or judge correctly (for a spiritual man judges all things, says the Bible, which is simply discernment I think) but the only possible way we can see things rightly and accurately is if we die to our carnal mind and submit and obey the Holy Spirit and see thru His eyes

I’ve been trying to turn my life back to Christ in the Church. I had my life turned very strongly toward Christ and let the devil in. I started getting into worldly romantic relationships and put Christ on the back burner. My soul was left scattered and without the ability to feel anything. The greatest feeling and experience is not worldly love, but the grace of the All Holy Trinity. Pray for me

Worldly romantic relationships are with intercourse and without marriage. They are empty of true love. Which is sinful. It is fornication and prideful. A relationship with Christ (God) is spiritual and loving. It is not wanting to offend God because of many reasons. Especially to live with Christ in eternity in heaven.

I never knew it'd hurt so much. So many in the Swedish Church don't teach proper repentance. I always asked myself at the very start of my walk with God that "how come no one seem to talk about this? talk about the PAIN!?". Sometimes it is so painful it feels impossible to bear. But then the Lords words echo in me "No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it."

I got very sad 2-3 days ago when a friend started from a sudden to curse on me and tell me that I am stupid, idiot, a complete morron to read religious stuff and for going to church. I just didn't understand for the moment...I didn't tell him a thing about the church, or christianity yet didn't understand why he put a target on me. But, after 2-3 days later I reflected upon the event and got very joyful because I actually had PATIENCE with him! In the past, if someone would say anything bad to me, I'd prepare the punch. Now, I was only....sad but calm. Thank you for your words, Greetings from Romania! May God Bless you!

It’s understandable that you feel betrayed by your parents. Your parents are the only two beings on Earth that should love you unconditionally. Your worth doesn’t come from your occupation or lack thereof. Ambition is as much a vice as it is to be slothful. I’m sure your parents would be overjoyed to accept you again if you tried to become a better man by taking responsibility for your own life. Just like your parents, God only wants the best for you, and sometimes that means taking action so we may bring positive changes into our lives. God bless. 🙏

When i fast for 6 months last time
It was the most hard experience in my Life
I carried an invisible Jesus Christ Cross on my back was heavy as a mountain and one time in my room the room light was obscure and i looked at my shadow and i like saw a big cross behind my back in the form of the shadow
And my evil part of my self (evil spirits) went out i even had a wake at night so called night paralyses when you wake up and can't move youre body and when it happened i did it intentionally because when i was sleeping i felt door room someone staring at me how i sleep and i wake and turned my had to the opened door room and i saw like a undistinguished from darkness a big black figure in the darkness of the room staring at me constantly and i thinking who is that and i fought it's a evil Spirit and he's not afraid of me and all that in 15seconds i watched in it's eyes and all i felt from him is the biggest felling of hate and he's desire to destroy me into million pieces cut me and slaughter me an eternity and fear took me for 2-5seconds and i sad to my self God take him from me please because i can't get up to to force him by my self because of that night paralysis and suddenly he's Black head pulled and looked up and he screamed like criuuuuueaeaeaeahhhh and i was like what the heck is going on and put my head down to the pillow and thinked thank you God and sad to God that was a terrible experience and please don't make it repeated again protect me from the evil ones and that this fasting for Jesus Christ was one of most strange experience not to mention other experiences i had one day in my chest in my soul whole day was fire it was like in my chest my soul whole day was a burning fire whole day it discomforted me and i done phisical exercises like pushups as i understand the Holly spirit visited me these are the feelings of the visitation in you're soul of the holly Spirit youre soul inside burns in you he's sacred fire burns all you're sins as a part of my repentance for the name of the God
And voice of the holly spirit or my guarding angel told me incredible things l and sad for youre knowing i tell you that you must be special to God because he multiple mine Guarding Angels to the number of 10 and not many people in this world has that big number of Angels and that is gaven me by God for my protection from the evil ones as i understand the evil spirits
And from that day on i knew everything is right
You cannot run away from you're Faith
Because God is within me and i am within him
And i saw a dream vision when i was sober that Russia is the Lion the beast from the book of Daniel and second dream vision sober was a garden were the man stood beside a fig tree and he was wearing white robe i stood near him and it was like a movie when you're watching you don't control youre sight what you see but the camera controls the image what you see and he took my hand and move it to the branch of the fig tree and showed me with he's second hand like look you see the leaves of the fig tree are flowering they are 4 petals 4 kingdoms of the prophecy of the book of Daniel it's time of the End time

I looked in the mirror and saw myself, in terms of the world my sin don't seem that bad, but for my soul and mind to have felt the shock of it, it was bad! my conscious nearly killed me, purging from sin I was literally heaving with invisible vomit. I spent 2 weeks screaming. Then i felt cleaned out. No body understands, i feel joyfully sad, i try not to think of jesus because i will just brake down in joyful tears no matter where i am.

    Saint John 12:25-27
Whoever loves his life loses it, and whoever hates his life in this world will preserve it for eternal life.
Whoever serves me must follow me, and where I am, there also will my servant be. The Father will honor whoever serves me.
“I am troubled now. Yet what should I say? ‘Father, save me from this hour’? But it was for this purpose that I came to this hour.

Great message. This is probably the most difficulty any believer has. Knowing our sins. Repenting from them. But the pain of the change we must go through

Where there is pain, there is opportunity. So often we have these gifts that seem like nightmares to our ego, in reality they can help us more than we ever thought possible.
Seek out repentance, seek out growth, give away the thing which you believe you could never give up..

Feeling a lot of appreciation at this time for your words Father. Even our Orthodox specialist (psychiatric neurogist) says not to argue with a delusional person--even one mildly deluded. Do not speak agreement, but just allow them their delusion without arguing even for the sake of arriving at truth. No. Just do not show agreement. But listen. Listen.

Beautiful with the rain Father. I am so glad I listened to you this morning before mass, it is a wonderful blessed remedy to my soul. I experienced three very upsetting angry outbursts with family members last week which shook me to my very core, as I have ‘prided’ myself with recent victories over sin and a renewed prayer life. Thank you for your holy direction. I think I now understand how the necessity for repentance reveals itself. Deo Gratias 🙏🏻

In German we say a little ryhme when it's raining.
    We say: "Regen bringt Segen"
    In English: "Rain brings blessing"
So that's actually not bad at all :)

Repentance and walking in The Light of The Lord Jesus Christ is a beautiful and wonderful journey to be conformed to The Image of The Lord Jesus. It is amazing what The Lord Jesus can accomplish in us while He refines our faith - our faith is precious to the Lord Jesus Christ. The Lord Jesus Christ is The Author and Finisher of our faith. (The Lord Jesus is The Pioneer and The Perfecter of our faith).
    The Lord Jesus said:
    - Unless you repent you too will all perish.
    - Neither do I condemn you. Go now and leave your life of sin.
    - See you are well again. Stop sinning or something worse may happen to you.
    - Whoever does not take up their cross and follow Me is not worthy of Me.
    - Why call Me Lord, Lord and do not practice what I say
    - Whoever wants to be My disciple must deny themselves, take up their cross daily and follow Me.

I am feeling this right now and it feels like a sword going through my heart. It's like I have to let go and allow the pain to pierce my heart. Yes. exactly, I had a person call me out on my sin and even though I resented him at first. I knew he was right. He changed me and put me back on the right path. When Jesus talks about turning your check 77x7 does that mean to accept abuse? I have a lot of trouble understanding this.
