- It’s certainly easier to make assumptions about people than it is to spend time getting to know someone. We wanted to put assumptions to the test to see what we're missing out on because we're so busy assuming we already "know" a person. Join us as we discover why you should never judge a book by it’s cover in our series, Reverse Assumptions.
We are all conditioned with certain biases. In this experiment, we challenged these biases by asking people to make assumptions about their partner's appearance without ever actually seeing their partner. When they flipped around to finally face each other, they were shocked by how wrong they were.

A degree alone doesnt guarantee u a future. U have to not just work for it u have to work and PLAN for it

Figure out if you're Realist(doer). Investigative(thinker). Artistic(creative). Conventional(organizer). Enterprising(persuader). Social(helper).
And thats just one way to access jobs. I am Investigative/Artistic and so its hard for me to niche. The jobs it listed me were incredible! A lot of green options👍👍.
I live with a Doer/Helper and it listed all her interests plus gave extra career ideas.
We put Investigative for my sister and her passion was on the list, forensics.
Then you can click on each career listed and get an incredible run down. School needed. Job tasks. Which job habits(values) it lines up. Which skills you will need. Etc etc. Its the best!!

Josh has great posture
People always assume I'm not good at exercise/sports because I'm plus sized. I used to get annoyed when new people would see me dancing, in the gym, at some group fitness class or doing some kind of outdoor sports activity and they'd have this shocked look on their face, or even go up to me and tell me that wow I'm so good...they weren't expecting that. Now I just find it funny.
Body acceptance has gone too far. Fat people are dying, not beautiful.
Well at least there'll be less of us so you can finally be happy, huh? :-*
They were probably thinking: "Goddamn, how many calories does she consume if she works out and still manages to be collossally fat? 5000? Maybe even more"
That's assuming you genuinely work out, not like that fatbody from my fat fabulous life or whatever it's called.
I would dare argue that I am indeed healthier than a person that does not exercise, and that exercise does still have an effect on my body, even though it has not made me into a size 2.
As I'm not really willing to post my medical history online, you would have to take my word for it, but as you have already formed your opinion on my health(lol), just based on some words you read, I know you won't believe me... and that's okay, because your opinion doesn't affect the truth.
And plus, have you ever heard of a thing called FUN. I know. Shocking. But people do exercise for fun, just sayin'.
In order to be good at exercising your diet would be clean and you'd be fit, or at least not on the plus side like you said. But then it depends what your definition of exercise is.
Aside from that, I don't think being overweight should matter when it comes to playing sports or dancing.

It was interesting hearing at the end with them talking about trying to put a face to the voice. I'm autistic, and if I have to talk to someone over the phone, I have no image at all in my head of what they might look like. Could just be me and where I am on the spectrum (people experience autism differently even though we all meet the same criteria), and because I also have face blindness.
Like...I'll listen to some UA-camrs who don't show their faces often and not even wonder what they look like...then they'll use a facecam once or twice and I'll be like "oh...huh". When it comes to chatting online, I recognize people by their user icons (so when they change them, it confuses me).
I like these social experiments, because I always learn a lot from them.
