Like you, I probably see hundreds of Lucky Brand shirts every week, but this one was XXL, Western style, garment-dyed sage green with white pearl snaps, and it was 100% Linen, and it was half off. I found the same Johnny was top in black recently. We pick up a lot of the same stuff.
Sold a vintage Saks Fifth Ave silk slip nightgown deadstock in pink with lace cups for $155 in 24 hours. Don't underestimate what you can get for this style right now.

Love these items you found Johnny Was always good pick up, Love some Boden don't find often, Eileen Fisher at my thrift store found for $3.00
We are sourcing right now (temporarily living) in the middle of tons of office buildings so we find so many clothes that middle-level executives wear. For women I try to aim for the demographic of 45-70 career woman - lots of disposible income and buy stuff online. For men we like outdoorsy dadcore stuff like LL Bean and Lands' end flannels.
My second love is vintage dresses 1940-1970s. The sell slower but I still like to keep them in my store. I assume colectors buy those.
I have 2 Johnny was pieces. It sat for years. One is silk blouse and the other is a set blouse with skirt matching. I can't get it move , not even watcher or offer
I had one for a long time that sat and then out of nowhere someone in England bought it full price, so hang in there

I just sold that same exact pair of Eva Franco pants but in a size medium. I think I sold it in less than a month. I think the brand is sold at anthro.
Also with spanx, they are still selling ok but they have been flooding Ross and TJ Maxx and the comps are dropping. I wouldn't be surprised if you find more of them NWT. I'd avoid the Stretch Twill Ankle Cargo style, every single one I've sold on ebay has been returned for fit, I think the sizing on that style is different than the other styles. I finally gave up and delisted them all, I'm only selling them on my other platforms now.

I have found that with each passing month, any given item is less likely to sell. Sometimes running a sales promotion helps, but not always. My goal is a net profit of at least $10 on each item I list (which is not very ambitious), and still lots of stuff just takes forever to sell. And I list trending good items and brands like Frank & Eileen, Sundance, etc. in new condition.
How long do you keep items listed before giving up on the item ever selling?
I hadn't really set those rules for myself until recently so I am seeing how it goes. I decided that my cutoff point is a year. But I also drop prices every month after the 3rd month of being listed.
