- Wow, The Southern Maryland real estate market has changed so quickly as we move into the fall season!! Interest Rates are up to almost 7%, and the red hot bidding wars of the spring and summer are like a distant memory now.
It's not all doom and gloom though as people are still buying and selling homes! Buyers are finally back in the drivers seat here as we start to see things like price reductions and closing costs paid by sellers become more and more commonplace.
The BIG question on everyone's mind, however, is what is going to happen next?? Will interest rates continue to rise? Will the housing market finally stall out? We discuss all this and more in this week's video!
