I transferred from Sears Landover to Sears Waldorf when it was built.

So I lived in Waldorf md years ago and let's be honest the mall and dang near the whole area is dead because it's ghetto ! You can go to Waldorf without watching you back at all times and it's been like that for years now and the mall is nothing but troubled ghetto teens that's why no 'high end" stores want to come around !! Glad I was able to get out of there

I live in Clinton, Maryland. I love Saint Charles Towne Center mall in Waldorf, Maryland. I went to the mall last summer to eat at Sabarro's Pizza in food court area. I love the food court area. My only problem with Saint Charles Towne Center mall is the expensive shoes stores Finish Line, Champs, Foot Locker. I'm gonna buy Nike Air black shoes from Amazon computer website. I hope Saint Charles Towne Center mall stays open a long time. I like the movie theater, Walmart, Pizza Hut that's close to the mall. Young people of this generation is reason malls are closing in america. Young people would rather buy clothes and shoes on computer instead of spending money at the mall. I miss Randall Park mall that closed in my hometown Cleveland, Ohio.

People nowadays need to reconnect and get involved communicating to other people. Sure there are other ways to get out the house. But it seems we're pushing separation. I feel like malls and other places are important to see people and how they interact. When I was in my teens in nyc. We had so many playgrounds with monkey bars etc... those have been replaced with buildings. So I say that to say now they're taking the fun out of being in the mall even if its window shopping for some. It's therapeutic in a way when getting out the house. People wanna shop online and then go outside with social anxiety. If malls suck now to people then we need to reinvent or reconstruct how we see a mall. Put more social activities in there, some shopping, add things to the movie theater. Make movie theater subscriptions and win prizes etc.. we need to be creative and make people smile more and be more happy. Covid took away some things too and we need to bring fun back. Bring it back with a little security too because we have those out there who aren't to social and like to terrorize. That needs to be addressed starting with the parents and doctors to make sure they get mental therapy. I could go on and on lol but we need our malls

Tried to tell this to a guy we sold a house to. Told him no matter what to tell the bank he wants to lock in that low rate with a fixed not variable loan. Then we gave him a good price, less than another offer we had. Yet he still ended up thanking me by forcing me to do a sh*t ton of paperwork he was too cheap to hire someone to walk him through then he told me he is "sure" rates will be going down and got a 30 yr variable. Uhm, ok. Good luck with that chief. Some folks just don't listen.

Lifetime? Naw. I went with a 15 year 2.2%. I'm not trying to pay for 30 years. My payment stayed the same practically. But then I took advantage of the job market too and got a 25% bump in salary.
