⭐️ Mindy, to remove the garlic smell from your hands, wash your hands with a metal spoon or butter knife in between your palms. Sounds weird but works like a charm. Works on the onion smell too. Hope this helps. Merry Christmas and happy holidays!

Btw, one tip on the bay leaves, if you have "crumbs" or are cooking for older or younger folks, when you might be nervous about them getting a leaf caught in their throat, make a tea from the bay and add that for the same flavor 😁

My trick for fresh tasting garlic without the smelly hands. Buy a large quantity of garlic and put it in the food processor with just enough oil to make it moldable. I use a cookie scoop to put it out on a baking sheet and freeze them and once they're frozen enough to not stick together I put the little scoops - double bagged - into the freezer! Anytime a recipe calls for garlic I just get a scoop out from the freezer and toss it in. It took me less than 10 minutes to get them ready to freeze!

For 2 bell peppers, bottle of teriyaki, 1 lb spaghetti noodles, 1 lemon, 12oz 41-60 shrimp, 8 chicken breast (variable), 3 garlic bulbs, 15oz jar of alfredo, 12oz cherry tomatos, and 15$ for reusable baking sheet: 74$ holding price, 68$, and thats after saving 11$ for being a wal mart annual member. so in theory.. 79$ for way less than what you grabbed lol.

Stainless steel gets garlic smell off your fingers. If your sink is stainless steel, rub your fingers on the sides, then you can wash hands as usual. Voila! Odor gone!

Here’s another tip for making ground turkey taste beefy: add about 1/2 Tbsp of beef Better than Bullion and 1/4 cup of water. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Don’t add to much of the Better than Bullion, or the turkey will be too salty!

I eat raw garlic and I never have smelly fingers because I rub my hands in my steel sink. Takes the smell right off!

If you have a stainless steel sink, rub your hands all over it after dealing with garlic.
