The applicator (tube projector plastic) has lots of holes which leads to dispersion of at holes which is present in bottom end not but not at the top end as u can c at 02:07 and the tube body is also plastic type not aluminium like annovate cream. This is not helping for inner piles . Cream might be effective buy apply process is difficult. Some must tell this feedback to Himalaya .

hi sir , muze 1 degree internal or external piles hai. muze Dard nahi hota but meri problem ye hai ki subhah ek hi baar mai me fresh nahi ho pata muze 2-3 bar jana padta hai....

Nitrogesic ointment (glyceriyn trinitate) se 2 days meh farak aata hai par woh abh milti nahi mere paas 2 years expired padi hai kya use karr sakta hoon

No this tube wont remove bigger piles or external piles. Only effective in very small piles and gives symtpomatic relief. May not remove piles completely
