1 . Yogic remedies :-
a. Kapalarandra Dhouti ( a type of facial massage)
b. Kapalbhati
c. Ujjai pranayaam
d. Simha asan
e. Varun mudra ( a type of hand gesture)
2. Face masks :-
a. 1 tsp of buttermilk + 1 tsp of lemon juice (leave it for 10 min , them wash it)
b. 1 tsp fresh aloevera gel ( massage it on face and after 15 mins wash it )
c. 2 tsp of honey + 2 tsp of tomato paste / papaya paste
3 . Chant GAYATARI MANTRA ( preferably with deep breathing)

Nice work ma'am but there is one thing applying lemon juice on face is bad for face skin as lemons pH is 2.0 and our face's pH is approx. 5.0 which makes it stick for a face even if we apply it with honey or butter milk
You can dilute it with water or honey.

My mom and brother use to have chicken pox spot, regular use of alovera with vitamin-e oil help in reduction of these spots but please don't expect over night spot less skin, it take more time and slowly it will work.

I think it's better to avoid screen lights that will cause damage to skin. at least while applying remedies on face. Mobile phone definitely cause damages to skin, eyes. I have dark circles formed by over use of mobile phone 😬and fine lines
