First rehearsal:Bad vocalists,bluer and more purple lights,different smoke and bluer hand Second rehearsal:Bad vocalists,bluer hand,no pyros,and smoke didn't appear but improved vocals Jury semi final:Fireworks too early in her face,bad projection of blue,no smoke or pyros in the correct time Semi final 1:Bad projection of blue,fireworks came a little earlier She had problems in every rehersal and still DID NOTHING WRONG, but didn't qualify, and STILL BETTER THAN Ireland,Finland and Austria
Why happened this?It was the jury semi final when she recived a 16th and 28 points with a ruined staging.Who is responsible for this mistakes? ERT didn't want to win?RTP and Portugal hated her? Why EBU didn't let her perform again and why didn't take action to punish the responsibles for this?This make me think that EBU,RTP and ERT ruined her and I don't know why.In the "normal" semi final were little mistakes and televote still qualified her. So,her stage should've been as planed.I am so angry because IT'S NOT HER FAULT.She would've qualified and even won.
Vladislav,i feel exactly the same way!and you know,some greeks hate her till today....because she didnt pass! ERT choose her not us,but the most greeks fell in love with her and the song! ERT choose for last year that it must be a greek song,in greek language(ERT expected to be a flop),Yianna write the song(the best greek entry ever!!!),sung the song (not bad,after all what she had passed through)and had NO support from ERT,no support from Panic-records(Fureira did have this support!)no big budget for the stage,haters in Greece because of the ,, fake rivality,, which the medias spread between her and Eleni!and finaly all the mess in Portugal! the sound-experts and light-experts did a very bad job with the greek entry...i dont know why!of course this song and Yianna was sabotaged!!!ERT doesnt wanted from beginning a winner-song!!! and what i know about Eurovision it is a political circus-show and support the Agendas! of course a song about Love for the Mother-country was not a good idea for Europe,not in this periode...so it had to fail! the only thing i would have diffrent,was the stage,not because it was so simple and minimal,but because the choreograph should be also greek and not american! someone who would understand what this song speaks about,maybe he would bring more effectiv staging for her! i feel so sorry for Yianna because she was staying there alone and after that everybody made her responsible for the failure!anyway, I will love this song forever i dont care about the place or what others say!!!Best greek-eurovision-song ever!!!! i love you Yianna!!!!!
