This is so cool! You make me want to buy a house in Spain. My mom's side of the family has lineage to the Basque region, and I have had interest in researching where we come from. Would be super cool to buy a house in the town or village my ancestors migrated to Mexico from!
If I hopefully do but a flat one day I would choose here or oliva. As a non driver Gandia makes more sense with train. If I did drive then maybe Pago?. Thanks for tour.
I would imagine there could still be deals under $50k that need renovation. Probably not much that could be found under $20k, but I haven't researched it thoroughly.
I have lived in Gandia for about 3 years now. When I arrived here the prices were about 20-30% lower. They have been going up in the meanwhile and I'm afraid that when more foreigners discover Gandia, they will increase even more. You can still find some deals for low to mid 30s but they will either be 5th floor no elevator or in a sketchy area that has drug problems, etc. Idealista is your friend.
@@jeffh7285 since I don't have children, I can't really go into specifics but I know there are a few English schools. I do know that there is a British School in the polígono and there is also a language school in Corea next to the Centro de Salud. Those probably are more English focused.
At last some one has spoken about a great part of Spain had a beachfront apartment in xeraco next door to GANDIA shush don’t tell any body they will all want to go there😎
Hi! I'm looking to get into property investing in Gandia because of the tourism and also because it's cheaper than Valencia, and wanted to know how the rental market there is, is their high or low demand? Thx a mil

I love medium sized cities in Europe! Nice video
Thank you! 😊
btw, there is now a new Oliva south motorway exit so if you don't want to go through the town, you can bypass it on the AP7.
Yes, it opened just before I left in November. Especially helpful during high traffic times of day.
