Hey Dewbi. I love this series so far, and believe it or not, you're first episode of this made me play Celeste, and today I just 100% it! (I have too much time on my hands.)

What about b sides and c sides
@@ThatDwag69 They, along with farewell, are included in 100%, but I guess it's reasonable they may not know that and just mean 175 strawberries.
@@alansmithee419 I know I'm late to respond, but to clarify, I had 175 berries and all chapters as I wrote that comment. Right now though, as of when I wrote this comment, I have 193 berries.

Ok, it's not original, but its true, you're going great LOL
The Cassettes you've been picking up unlock optional "B sides" for each level. Alternate versions of the level that are shorter but MUCH harder. I'd recommend ignoring them for now and if you're still enjoying the game when you finish the main story you can go back and try them out. There are a TON of more and more difficult challenges for this game if you REALLY want to suffer, but don't try more than is going to be fun for you. I eventually reached the point where I wasn't having fun and had to stop, and that's fine.
For now, enjoy the game! This main story is challenging without being brutal to the point of unfun IMO and you seem to be doing pretty well. Course it's hard to tell for sure from an edited video XD

Your commentary is simply delightful =P thank you for playing this game, because even as someone who Confidently go into Path of Pain in Hollow Knight without a shred of fear I'm glad I can just appreciate this game without being the one that does the platforming =P

Entering the mirror was truly terrifying alongside with the music
I know it is not necessary right now, but if you can, it's really easy to learn a little bit more advanced tricks like a super dash or hyper dash, basically for the superdash it's just a dash then jump, for a hyperdash, you have to crouch, then while crouching, dash then jump, (The superdash is a combination of both good vertical and horizontal momentum, and the hyper dash is like the super dash but less vertical and more horizontal momentum, if you do both of them a little bit later instead of immeaditly jumping, you'll still get your dash back, i know this is a lot of typing but it can be really useful even if it's not necessary.) I love your videos!!

Between Celeste and, more recently, Bō: Path of the Teal Lotus, I've realized I am not a platformer... I am capable, but I get way too frustrated at failure in these types of games
I shall only consider you good at Celeste when you know what a cawoosted fuper is (am joking but please consider getting some mods for Celeste like strawberry jam) also just subbed bc wow ur funny

you should try the strawberry jam mod after you finish the main game‼️
les go by the way chapter 7 is not the final chapter and there are also b sides wich are 10 times harder than the a sides and there are also c sides (you unlock them from finishing the b sides)
and also the c sides are 2-3 screens long but have the hardest gameplay. Also chapter 9 is gonna take you a really long time, and good luck with the moon berry. I personally jumped from finishing the b sides to chapter 9 (you can do the same for max amount of torture.) Also good luck on your adventure. (also there are really good mods in celeste and the mods are like a whole knew game.)
If you end up trying mods, I recommend strawberry jam . Good luck. By the way 3:54 is where if you collect all the thingy thing without touching the floor you get a strawberry. Also crystal hearts are in the game.
Also the D sides are a good mod if you want a challenge after playing advanced/expert lobbies.
And glyph is a good one to play immediately after the base game, as I believe it's a slight step up over farewell in difficulty, and has several pretty cool maps.
I have something special for you. All chapter will have b-side unlock in hidien way when you complete all chapter in b-side you get c-side and golden strawberry have appear in all chapter, if dont see it just try to find in all level and when you complete all chapter in c-side you get chapter 9 farewell the final test of your skill

7:15 dash straight up then the wind would take u to wall. u need hight first
It's also useful to take the bubble on the right left into it. IDK why since the up dash immediately cancels horizontal movement, it just makes it easier I feel.
You should try Cuphead. It would be extremely fun to watch.
