    Recipe and Ingredients:
    00:00 Recipe 1
    200 g/7 oz oats.
    Add 200 ml/7 fl oz water.
    2 tangerines.
    2 eggs.
    3 tablespoons Greek yogurt.
    1 teaspoon baking powder.
    1 teaspoon ginger.
    1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    2 tablespoons stevia.
    80 g/2.8 oz dried apricots.
    Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180°C/356°F.

    120 g/4.2 oz thick yogurt.
    1 teaspoon baking powder.
    Stir and let sit for 5 minutes.
    220 g/7.8 oz oats.
    1 banana.
    2 eggs.
    2 tablespoons sweetener (stevia or erythritol).
    Add yogurt with baking powder and mix.
    Rinse 80 g/2.8 oz raisins in hot water.
    80 g/2.8 oz walnuts.
    Add walnuts and raisins to the dough and mix.
    Use a 18 cm/7 in baking dish.
    Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180°C/356°F.

    3 bananas.
    Mash 2 bananas with a fork.
    2 eggs.
    A pinch of salt.
    Mix.
    Finely chop 1 banana.
    I use an 18 cm/7 in cake pan.
    Line the pan with water-soaked paper.
    Cranberries.
    Walnuts.
    Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180°C/356°F.

    Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180°C/356°F.

    1 tablespoon baking powder.
    1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    3 apples.
    Add 70 ml water.
    And 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
    Make applesauce.
    Lemon juice prevents apples from oxidizing.
    And they won’t turn dark.
    2 eggs.
    1 cup almonds (150 g/5.3 oz).
    1/2 cup dates (100 g/3.5 oz).
    1 tablespoon date syrup.
    Or another sweetener of your choice.
    I have a baking dish ø20 cm/8 in.
    Cover the bottom with parchment paper and grease it with vegetable oil.
    Dried cranberries.
    Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180°C/356°F.
