In this painting demo, I show you step by step acrylic painting on canvas of size 16"/12". In this tutorial, I show how to paint a moonlight background with easy steps, how to do the placement of flowers, how to draw, how to paint cherry blossom flower on branches. I hope you like this moonlight night painting with a tree of flowers. This tutorial is a bit lengthy, but please don't skip and watch as you will not understand how I place the flower petals. I have written tips and methods in each section of the video. What do you use for your canvas? Also, do you ever use water to thin out your colors for softer colors?

I prime my canvas using gesso. Yes, I only use water as the medium along with acrylics
