Keto people don't do right ? What if fatty liver , and gallbladder? Also muscle wasting fast? Pcos,fatty liver hairloss , menopause 90 pounds over weight . . Does it have to be keto?
I had fatty liver for years and gallbladder removed 30 years ago. It doesn't have to be Keto. If you can - find a good Health Coach that knows how to make a program fit and work for you. The moderator of this podcast, Brett - is very good at that.
