- Moped thieves brag they make £30,000 a day stealing items from vulnerable people from jewellery shops to Rolex watches targeting the boroughs of Camden, Islington, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster.
London saw 16,000 moped attacks in 2017 while London is proving to be a hot bed for the scooter attacks which are up 1,000 per cent in three years across the country.
RUTHLESS thugs riding mopeds have helped fuel the rise in violent crime in the UK.
Motorcycles have been used in crimes such as phone snatches, gem store raids and acid attacks.
Police stats in 2017 showed that around 1,500 mopeds or motorcycles are stolen in London every month.
Aside from mobile phones, many of the attacks involve the criminals hijacking others scooters.
The poor security of these vehicles, coupled with their ability to easily mount curbs, is thought to be behind the surge in robberies.
Experts, such as former Metropolitan Police chief inspector Peter Kirkham, also believe budget cuts to cops have contributed to a rise in violent crimes in the city.

I can tell you have never been involved in the criminal life have you? 30k a day is not hard if you have a well motivated team! these guys are young but that doesn't mean they are not motivated! So you get up early you steal a bike you sell it for £800 you go buy an ounce of coke, chop it bag it up steal another bike doing the rounds selling it ticking & robbing people as you go, you started with maybe £80 that day but by 11am you now have £4500. you meet up with your bro's pick up another 2 ounces of coke maybe some bud & a massive bag of pills as it is Friday & you know you can move them to all the ravers & party people that evening, you & your "FAM" (ha always makes me laugh) plan to hit a jewelers around lunch time you all get away with maybe £18,000 each in loot, back to your spot stash the goods & chop more coke bag up hit the streets again steal another two or three bikes. your now holding £28,000 & the sun has yet to set & the real robbing dealing & hustling has yet to start, you work selling all you bagged up & maybe even stab a rival dealer & take his roll of cash? you see 30K a day is not impossible to make on the streets.
Or you could get a proper honest job that pays £8 per hour & rage in hate as you get back to where your bike was parked only to find gone.
Yes it's safe to say I hate these little fucks & wish we could own firearms & rig our bikes with claymore mines but we can't because the system is rigged to protect the criminals.

Bike crimes in need to be stopped, or dealt with as they are causing panic to the local community. They do it becuase they arent smart enough to figure out how to get a job, so their intent is to steal moped's while their inuse. The most import factor about the thieves overall is that they use deadly weapons like knifes and even guns. This is when the local community are struggling to cope, and dont feel safe anymore. IT NEEDS TO STOP!
